Not just them most fast food places have become cold and uninviting with their decor and seating. The food is usually great but I'm not going to say perfect. The employees are always super nice and helpful.

We love Long John's and KFC anytime, great food, my only complaint is it's so slow to get your food here, don't matter if they are busy or slow, 20 minute wait worse was over 30

Way to step it up guys! I had all but given up on this place. Food was hot and fresh. Fries were a little cold but not too bad. Girl at the counter was very friendly. Hopefully things continue on their current path.

It's was okay good but service was not good we waited 25 mins in drive-thru that is and my husband had to go inside to get our food and they told him they would bring it to us

Well, I tried to get take out. After waiting for over 15 minutes and received absolutely no service, my wife and I went elsewhere where. This is now the second time this has happened to me at this location in Azle. Will not be going back
I asked for a refund and they told me I could not have a refund unless the general manager approved it. Then they told me he was in Mexico and could not be reached. They told me to pull around or they would call the police, I pulled around instead of arguing with them. A boy that looked like he hadn't showered in a long time came out to give me my order I asked him who was the manager he immediately was combative wouldn't tell me then stormed of mouthing. All this because I asked for a refund.

Rated the food a bit low. I only ordered some chicken and fish tenders. They did not use the KFC method on the chicken. They tasted fine but had fish breading. Good location and service

Clean, Good product, professional service, however if you order fish do not go through the drive through as you will receive cold fish, they are pleased to correct your order should they serve your fish cold.

Rudest experience at a drive tru ever. Apparently your only your only allowed to think 2 secs before being asked if you need help and will be asked every 5 secs. Stupidest system ever.
