This place is a joke. Manager doesn’t care about the customers have to wait in a reserved spot every time you order even if it’s French fries. Gets rude with you when your nice and try to explain how he treated. When they send people to give the food to numbered spots for a reason they walk from spot to spot asking is this ur order. Like it’s fast food by the time they’ve walked to every car to ask what did you order ur food is cold

Ordered on the app many times and evwrytime ive shown up a 10-15 minutes later to give them time to have it ready. Please tell me why I am parked in the front for 30+ minutes everytime. I dont order a lot just 1 meal. This store is ran like a joke.

The order was wrong twice and the food less than average. After the second time we had to wait 15 minutes in the car! Ghrrrr. Not coming back ever! How can they have over eight cars parked waiting on the orders? I refuse to believe that they can screw so many orders in acspan of 15 minutes.

This manager here is awful. They’re lazy and pay no attention to any detail. What’s the point of ordering ahead? You’re always going to sit there for 30 minutes. They constantly forget toys in happy meals and then don’t want to retrieve one due to “strict inventory”… skip this location if you can.

I went to McDonald's and Azle today to get my kids one of those new adult happy meals with the minecraft in it. While I was waiting on my order, a father came to this counter from the play area. He asks the worker if the children's happy meals are supposed to come with the toy. The worker told him yes, and he said well my son didn't get his in his box." So he grabbed him a toy, as he was handing it to him. The manager butted in and says Hey you can't have that and the man said yes I can, I paid for it. The manager proceeded to say we have strict inventory on those, and we have to account for every one of them. The man says his inventory should be correct because he didn't get his. I couldn't believe my ears when I heard the manager say we would have to look at the security footage before he could let him have the toy. In other words , the manager was calling him a Liar right in front of his son. They were in the playground area, The manager could see that the child was upset because he didn't get his toy and he could see that he didn't get the toy. I will never go to that mcdonald's again unless I fire him. He is a poor excuse for a manager, and he was being a butt hole about it. He was back there in the playground on his phone calling somebody?I hope he didn't call the police over a stupid.Happy meal toy.Anyway , it just flew all over me and I had to ventHe was back there in the playground on his phone calling somebody?I hope he didn't call the police over a stupid.Happy meal toy.Anyway it just flew all over me and I had to vent.

Absolutely trash never use the first lane drive thru, only ever use the second one unless you want to be skipped by the whole line and when you finally just drive up cause your annoyed they tell you go wait while they burn your Fry's and give you shite food that's hard af cause they can't work a drive thru properly and it's your fault
