I went with my son and daughter-in-law and my two grandsons and everybody was super nice even though the kids were having a great time they had the Santa Claus up that danced and singed and the kids just loved it

Host brought me a coffee . I waited several minutes enough time to drink a cup of coffee. for the server (the host said her name was Amy) to come. When she finally caME she told me to give her a minute while she took another guys order who came in 10 minutes after i did. Horrible Service instead of 3 people sitting down tending to silverware they should tend to the customers. Really shouldnt be rolling silverware in the lobby without washing hands ! Kinda gross.

I've been reading reviews, apparently they have really bad service all the time, FOOD I cold and a Roach problem. Probably good thing I didn't eat there.
And the owner/Managment never responds to any reviews good or bad.. So they don't care.
I usually eat at Cjs decided to Moes a try.

I have been here twice and both times, the waitress has not been even remotely friendly. Once I ordered and my food was dropped off, my waitress did not come back to the table. My husband had to flag her down to get our check. None of the staff is friendly. They all look like they hate their job.

I had food delivered. Decent food but obviously putting in any special instructions for your food order will not be followed. Think about that before you ordered. No recourse you’re just screwed.

Ordered from Doordash the first time I ate from here and ordered fried salmon patties and got grilled and I figured maybe it was just a accident so we went to restaurant to eat there and a roach crawled across table and the wall. I mentioned to waitress and she said ok.
Ordered a ribeye with eggs through DoorDash. Not only was the steak not any where near medium rare - it wouldn’t have even qualified as rare. It was flat out raw…….

I have given moes the benefit of the doubt 5 times now. That will be my last time there. Several people who sat after us received their breakfast way before us. Paid for coffee finally got a refill after 15 minutes.asked for refill of water 3 times and gave up.i tip minimum of 20 everytime even if its more then my food.left 5 tip today was so frustrated. I'll spend my money somewhere else. And my kiddo got reprimanded by our waitress amy for her forgetting to bring out his entire order, I mean just crazy.

We waited 10 minutes to be seated despite the dining room being half empty, which set the tone for the visit. Once seated, we were given the smallest water cups in the room, which were never refilled—even after asking twice—and our coffee was never topped off.
Our server only came by three times: once to take the order, once to share irrelevant personal complaints, and finally when we had to walk up to the counter after waiting 15 minutes just to get the check.
The food itself took 35 minutes to arrive, during which time four parties who came in after us were served first. When it finally did arrive, it was cold—despite being a simple order of one sandwich, six eggs, and hash browns.
While the food was decent in flavor, the overall experience felt dismissive, as though we had been shoved in a corner and forgotten. This is not the Southern Kitchen hospitality I expected and is a disappointing reflection on the hardworking people of this community.
Ps. Ask for Amy if you want this experience.

2nd time I’ve been and it’s been a flop both times. The first time, food was bad but the service was good. Today the opposite, food was okay, but service was horrible. I asked 2 times for refills and never got it, I had to go get it myself. When the food got dropped off, the server started complaining about other people and how they are so needy. And that was the 3 times we saw them. Just a bad experience, I’ll just got to Azle Cafe from now on.
