First time here and will never be back, because of the blonde older lady working the window. She was rude, me and my kids had just spent all day at the splash pad and decided to stop by on the way home. Me and my three kids approached the window to look at the menu and the lady working goes “ Have yall been swimming all day?” My 5& 7 year old respond in quiet yes because they are tired and wanting a snow cone, she VERY rudely goes “ OH SO I GUESS NOBODY TALKS,FINE I WILL GIVE YALL A MINUTE TO
LOOK AT THE MENU” and slams the window. I was very upset and me and my kids just left. First impressions are everything, I’ve never felt with that kind of rudeness ever in Azle. We went down the road to Frosty and got the best service from a teenage girl!
