First time here and will never be back, because of the blonde older lady working the window. She was rude, me and my kids had just spent all day at the splash pad and decided to stop by on the way home. Me and my three kids approached the window to look at the menu and the lady working goes “ Have yall been swimming all day?” My 5& 7 year old respond in quiet yes because they are tired and wanting a snow cone, she VERY rudely goes “ OH SO I GUESS NOBODY TALKS,FINE I WILL GIVE YALL A MINUTE TO
LOOK AT THE MENU” and slams the window. I was very upset and me and my kids just left. First impressions are everything, I’ve never felt with that kind of rudeness ever in Azle. We went down the road to Frosty and got the best service from a teenage girl!

My kids love the snow cones, so many flavors and Natalie is so sweet! She always has a special snow cone and keeps it fun! She puts lil animals on the cups which is always a hit with my 3 yo.
Drove 4hrs just to get a snow cone from cousin Natalie.

** WAY TOO SLOW!! ** Tried them twice. First time waited almost 10 mins. Second time 9 mins. I think they are making them one order at a time with the 80s Snoopy snow cone maker that you crank manually with your hand. Smart people crank them out and have the cups sitting there lined up ready to go. No one wants to wait in 100+ degree weather for that, especially kids. Also, they are the only snow cone stand I've ever been to that doesn't top their cups - hence the "cone" shape in the name. They serve Snow Cups, not Snow Cones. Too expensive for that little amount. Wish them the best of luck but not for me.
