One of my favorite places in azle and probably my favorite place to get gluten free pizza in Texas. Despite one pizza that was less than stellar, the service is exceptional, staff is so super friendly, scrumptious pizza(my personal fav is the Ralphie's) it's definitely a treat my family looks forward to

Attitudes from people who serve you means everything. Also, management needs to let there workers know that just because you call from a different area code that might be out of state doesn't mean that you're calling the wrong place. People have cell phones and move all over the place.Especially those of us who's had the same phone number for fifteen years..And the attitude over the phone was not necessary... probably the same person that I picked up from.

Ours was a delivery order and part of my order was missing but meeting the delivery person jonnie assured me patios would make it right and before I could call and complain a second driver showed up with the balance of the order so I called them to thank the person whom took the order I wish I remembered his name, so I spoke with Mary to convey my appreciation in how quickly it was corrected. I stated that all future orders will be only with paleos.the quality and great service majes for a gf czar

I called in a delivery and talked to McKinley. Told her how exhausted I was because today has been oh it’s Homecoming for five schools that I know of so no pressure right? I need to eat and everybody in the house is hungry. And I’m not fixing anything.She was so helpful. I had to give her specific instructions as my driveway can be a mess to go up and down. I explained you’re going to see my vehicle with Homecoming Mums and my phone number on the back of it.
We laughed about Homecoming being today or moved to today. And how much of a surprise it was. She knew we were very hungry in the house lol but she took care of us. She not only took my order. She also delivered it. She got a hug from me and a nice tip. I am now full and I am going to lay down and get some sleep. Lol thank you so much. I will definitely be using y’all again!

We used to dine in regularly until were tired of the staff preparing to close an hour before closing time. Not a pleasant dining experience. Then we began calling in our order to pick up. We place the same order every week. Then last night went to pick up our order, and rather than staff admitting, they had made the wrong pizza. They said it was almost ready.. I noticed them making a new pizza and threw away a perfectly good large pizza. Very wasteful. When I asked if they were just starting my pizza the girls’s eyes got big and never admitted they made a mistake. Just said it was almost ready to give them five minutes which I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes. Very frustrating when you expect to just pick up and go. The manager just wanted to make excuses rather than admitting that they made a mistake. Don’t appreciate being lied to. Just admit the pizza was made wrong and they will be happy to remake rather than trying to hide the mistake and then the manager making excuses. Not a fan!
