I clicked on the picture of a New York style pepperoni pizza and added pineapple to one half. Apparently you have to also add the pepperoni because I just got a cheese pizza with pineapple on one half ....kinda misleading IMO?

Weird predicament we found ourselves in tonight. Ordered our pizza and waited almost 2 hours before calling to see where it was. Apparently a doordasher took off with our pizza to never deliver it. Got it remade no problem and delivered, but the order was wrong. Called again, got it remade, and got the right order made to perfection. Was a long process, but we're all human and make mistakes. I hope the dasher enjoyed our first set of pizzas. Papa Johns employees were nothing but kind and helpful through it all! Forever a customer of this establishment!

This location has had multiple flaws and this will be the last time I order from them. They charge full price for dipping sauces and don’t give you full servings. They underbake their pizza multiple times. They are always late on delivery times. This time they forgot a drink and when I called to have them bring me one they stated they can refund or get someone to bring it. I requested they send it since the soda I ordered was intended to be paired with my meal. Over 2 hours later nothing. I call back and the (manager) Jessica stated she was “sorry” and can refund my soda. At this point after multiple issues with this location I requested to refund my entire order since this isn’t their first occurrence and another terrible customer experience. Jessica proceeded to hang up on me 4-5 times every time after I ask for the owner contact info. I will not be ordering from them again. Terrible service and quality control.
