I have ordered pizza from them for years and now twice in the last few months they act like they don’t have a military discount. The last one was the worst. On 7/20/25 . He said he did not know the code, so when I asked him if there was someone he could ask he said he was the only one at the store and he was newer and that he could ask his GM when he came in which would be about 2 hours.

I order from this Papa John’s all the time for pizza and it’s always great. My cat, Liza absolutely loves their boxes and becomes emotionally attached to them, but we can’t keep them because there used to be food in them. Today I walked in and told them about Liza’s attachment to pizza boxes and they very generously gave me a brand new box so Liza can live her pizza box dreams. Liza is very satisfied with her nice and clean pizza box.

Truly impressed by the gentleman that worked there Wednesday. My daughter got into my truck the day before and said that she wanted to bring pizza to her class party so I had about 12 hours to figure this out.
That Wednesday morning I walked in at 9:45 (they were luckily open early) and gave the manager the run down that I needed the pizzas asap.
When I say this dude was flying around the kitchen it would be an understatement. From the moment I opened the front door to the 6 pizzas and two bread sticks being loaded into my front seat must have only been 20-25 minutes tops.
I truly appreciate his hospitality and will absolutely be coming back in the future.

I clicked on the picture of a New York style pepperoni pizza and added pineapple to one half. Apparently you have to also add the pepperoni because I just got a cheese pizza with pineapple on one half ....kinda misleading IMO?

Weird predicament we found ourselves in tonight. Ordered our pizza and waited almost 2 hours before calling to see where it was. Apparently a doordasher took off with our pizza to never deliver it. Got it remade no problem and delivered, but the order was wrong. Called again, got it remade, and got the right order made to perfection. Was a long process, but we're all human and make mistakes. I hope the dasher enjoyed our first set of pizzas. Papa Johns employees were nothing but kind and helpful through it all! Forever a customer of this establishment!
Had stuff crust pizza it was yums. The on duty manager did a great job, it was ready when i got there and at a good price. Im making this store my sole puzza store !
