Service sucks! Waited 15 minutes for a drink got frustrated and left.

It took them almost 15 minutes to get 2 drinks we ordered on the app. Seems like an excessive wait time for 2 drinks, no food.

Often the shakes/ice cream I want are unavailable. Every time I order, they never put the sauce in the bag that I order. They take forever and get my order wrong some times. I will say that the food, once it is made and sent over is good.

Absolute terrible experience got my burger wrong when I sent it back and asked for mustard. They smeared it on everything I sent it back to me I asked for my money and the manager just argued with me. I will never go back to this terrible sonic drive-in restaurant.

Spent an entire lunch hour waiting for them to get my food to me - first they took it to the wrong stall - second go round - kid comes out with wrong g order - 30 plus minutes later - after I call from the stall - they come out with an incorrect order and it’s cold. No time to deal with it any longer - No lunch eaten- time wasted - late to meeting - Money wasted and this is as kind as I can possibly be

I pulled into sonic around 11:05 with one singular car in the parking lot aside from myself. and I had to press the button about 10 times and call the store before someone decided to take my order at around 11:17. In the background when they finally decided to take my order I heard laughter and could see them inside trying to hid from being seen outside of the windows through the reflection of the circle mirror on the wall inside. Very disappointed.

Service is mostly good. My only complaint is they answer on speaker and the background kitchen noise is SO LOUD!!! People that work there are friendly.
UPDATE: OWNER NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON, NO ONE RESPONSIBLE RUNNING THIS PLACE.
UPdate: I'm here on July 3rd 2025....Friday before the crowd showed at 6 pm. I came like at 530. Anyway first speaker wasn't working as i waited 10 min.(SO I THOUGHT) Moved to another one and after 5 min they took order. I've been waiting for over 20 min, i asked if there was a problem like employees didn't show up. The girl said uh no. I think the owner needs to be over here managing these young kids. Something is not right. Think wataburger waitx2!! Geesh people are actually driving away as they aren't even answering the boards. (5 SO FAR)Some young kid walked in there, left with a bunch of food, kids mostly goofing off , talking,not paying attention to customers. A guy came out to check after an hour cause my son went to get him,(WHY I WAITED I DON'T KNOW, I SHOULD OF LEFT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE) asked me what did i order!! What the hell!! I did mgmt for years, all these people would be fired, sorry.. OWNER NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE OFF THESE YOUNG KIDS AND GET OLDER PEOPLE TO RUN THIS PLACE. ITS HORRIBLE.

ordered a sundae, fries and limeade. waited over 45 minutes and finally told them to cancel and was told i had to go through the app help to request a refund since the app is run by a 3rd party. did that and had to give them every piece of info confirmation number address time ordered total. they should be able to get all that crap from the confirmation number. deleted my app. not worried about the rewards i had on there as I would never get them anyways and i'm not going here ever again. don't have the time to wait.

Great food and cute car hop this morning
Disappointed in the food quality and freshness. The tots and burgers 🍔 were lukewarm when they were brought to the car. Heated the burgers in our microwave and placed the tots into our air fryer. After we heated the food it was tasty. The pickelrita was delicious as well as the chocolate shake.

Just left there with my breakfast on the tater tots had to have been last night’s tater tots. I mean, they were hard rocks and had no salt on them.

Went and picked up my app order and it took forever to get the food. They said their systems had went down. Finally got my food and went home and then realized my onion rings were not in the bag. I tried calling their number and nothing but a busy signal. So I did a complaint on the app to try and get a credit for next time but still going back and forth with corporate. I’ll update my post once I get a response from them.

As with any restaurant in Azle make sure you double check your order before you drive off. Everything changes the the foot long. Hot dog is actually too regular size. Now we talk about some fraud.
