Obviously night shift is solely teenagers, that is the only way to explain their lack of communication or professionally handling things when they are out of or low on something. Ordered the chocolate covered strawberry shake and asked for extra chocolate whip(it’s become my favorite) and they brought me out an over filled shake with barely any melted chocolate whip cream after charging me for extra. By over filled I mean it was halfway up the plastic dome to cover up the fact that there was no chocolate whip after charging me for extra. If they would have simply told me that they were low or even out of it, it would have been no big deal, but instead they tried to cover it with ice cream and then act like it was an inconvenience that I wasn’t ok with. When I asked for my refund the carhop made sure to take his tip and gave me just the shake refund instead of my full change because apparently a medium ocean water no ice(the only other thing I ordered) cost 4.25 since he brought me $5.75 of the 10 I gave him. Do better sonic, either train your staff better or have an ACTUAL adult there to parent these damn kids serving food.

If you’re going here for drinks it’s okay but food not so much. I got cheese tots and a toast, when I got the tots there wasn’t many nor much cheese and the toaster was dry and the bread tasted burnt and looked burnt. over all this is why I don’t come to the azle sonic.

Decent location, close to my home. Stopped by and tried the garlic butter bacon burger they have and it was, definitely garlic tasting from the get go. Super buttery, it would run down your hand. Wasn't a fan but nice concept. Wasn't a fan of their chicken sandwich. Pickles? No tomatoes? Weird for me. I know for next time. They're frito burrito was delicious.
