Someone needs to teach Julie customer service skills or she needs to find another job where she isn’t directly in contact with the public. I’ve had several encounters at this location with her directly and not one of them has been pleasant. Two weeks ago, I walked up to the counter to order and she was doing her makeup in the screen where orders are taken and food and drinks are handled and wasn’t welcoming whatsoever. Yesterday, I asked to redeem 1 reward for 1 item and Julie decided to take away 2 rewards from my account AND still charge me for the items. When I brought it to her attention that she did the transaction incorrectly, she was extremely rude and said she didn’t, when I showed her my account showing that she did, she became hostile and dismissive saying that there isn’t anything she can do about it while laughing. She then thought it would be funny to be snarky about it with the other employee there. At this point, I’ll be contacting the store director and Albertsons HR department directly.

This place is the worst Starbucks in DFW. The workers here are Scrubs.

This Starbucks charges you .80 extra for “additional” syrups. When I confronted Melissa the manager and told her that is not how Starbucks does my drink (or anyone’s for that matter) she told me basically that I could get over it. I’ll wait 20 minutes in line at the drive thru in front of Wal mart before I give more money and pay $8 for a drink I would usually pay $6 for. Way to keep your customers coming back haha
