I’m starting to feel like the nitro machine at the Starbucks is like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s, nobody wants to use it because it must be too hard to clean or manage. The machine has been broken for like two months now. It’s hard to imagine a multi billion dollar company like Starbucks not being able to afford to fix their nitro machine.

It has been the worse Starbucks I have came to, from their employees to their drinks. They should have nicer employees and know how to prepare drink properly. The girl that got our order and did your drinks was Hannah, don’t recommend.

Someone needs to teach Julie customer service skills or she needs to find another job where she isn’t directly in contact with the public. I’ve had several encounters at this location with her directly and not one of them has been pleasant. Two weeks ago, I walked up to the counter to order and she was doing her makeup in the screen where orders are taken and food and drinks are handled and wasn’t welcoming whatsoever. Yesterday, I asked to redeem 1 reward for 1 item and Julie decided to take away 2 rewards from my account AND still charge me for the items. When I brought it to her attention that she did the transaction incorrectly, she was extremely rude and said she didn’t, when I showed her my account showing that she did, she became hostile and dismissive saying that there isn’t anything she can do about it while laughing. She then thought it would be funny to be snarky about it with the other employee there. At this point, I’ll be contacting the store director and Albertsons HR department directly.
