Walked in not greeted , looks like she just got up. Then the man that helped me was putting on his apron as he walked toward me. Staring me in the face was a large Pride flag. I don’t think that is necessary and tends to be more of a political statement . I have friends that are gay but they don’t show up waving a flag. How bout the American Flag , that should bring people together . Will avoid this store , I’ve been to many others and great service and did not find any “political “ items in view.
This is unreal the employees can turn off orders online, but Starbucks sure can take my money to reload my account twice! Then take 38 minutes just trying to get one reload refunded back! That still never happened. I gave up. Done going here. This never happens by my work.

Try Black Rifle or Whataburger, Qiucktrip for coffee they proudly hang the American flag to show patriotism. No other flag should be hung but that one. Disappointed in the Azle location.

I have been to 39 states and this one right here has ro be the worse store I have ever been too. The GM sucks so does her attitude and I see why her store sucks and most not all the employees there as well! The one in Albertsons is amazing ! This place just sucks especially especially especially THE GM ? and look at the past reviews!! The GM sucks

The people who work there are great but…
Just last week there was a homeless man out front and he was sleeping in the walk way. I stop off there in the morning and I have my baby with me. I do not feel safe that they are allowing this and possibly putting our lives in jeopardy.

This place will never see me again. In a Christian community I urge everyone to spend their money after places better reflecting their values.
So I had ordered a different drink which always makes me nervous but this morning I had got a vanilla bean frapp with sweet cold foam, Carmel and cookie crumble throughout. I get my drink and first off they don't even have the sticker on the side of the cup because they knew it's not what I had asked for. So Starbucks is what it is. They try for a warm atmosphere it's fine it's whatever. Problem i have here is I've used them a handful of times and they are crazy slow. I'm not taking inconvenience slow in taking ordering 2 mochas 10 min from the store get there use the restroom and then talk to the employees and I'm 6 drinks behind. Last time i came i waited 25 min for the same 2 drinks. 25 min for a day did meal is incredible that kind for some mochas... I am going to file a complaint with corporate the next time. Sorry but that's beyond a waste of my time. Update over 20 orders later they still can't get a drink made with any kind of haste. Waiting 15 min this last time for a coffee. It's unreal

This is the most unfriendly Starbucks I've ever been to. And why does it take 15 minutes to grind 2 bags of coffee?!

Long story short, girlfriend and I ordered 2 coffees before leaving for work. Order placed a bit before 6am and the mobile app said order will be ready by 6:11. It's a 20 minute drive for me to the store. I didn't get out until 6:27. For 2 coffees. In no world should it take a half hour or more for 2 drinks. I understand it if it's busy, but there was one car in drive thru and one in store when I arrived. Also their app always claims to be out of stock on everything but ironically if you call and ask, they magically become available in the app. If you value your time don't go here. Staff is friendly, just don't seem to manage time well. I've had entire pizza orders placed and ready in less time than this took.

Placed my mobile order at 6am this morning for 2 coffees and a banana bread and the app said estimated pick up time was 6:11 when I went into the store at 6:15 they only had my banana bread ready but no coffees. I understand I have a a lot that I order in my one coffee but I did not leave that store until almost 6:30 this morning. When I pulled up there was only 1 person in the drive thru and 1 person sitting inside it should not have taken almost half an hour to make 2 coffees and heat up a slice of bread. I am very disappointed with this Starbucks as I go to it regularly and have never had this problem. It made me late for work this morning and that's not okay.

This typically isn't my favorite location. But, Rachael is AMAZING! Her friendly, positive attitude keeps me coming back!
