While most establishments treat you like a number these days, the staff here were so attentive and welcoming. I couldn't remember the name of a drink I had gotten with my granddaughter the last time I visited, and a nice young man named Lucas took the time to walk me through multiple drinks on their menu to find it. Goodness, I think we must have chatted for a whole ten minutes, and I never felt as though he was rushing me to get to the next customer. This location is definitely the place to go for a wonderful drink and lovely conversation.

I had a great start to my day here. I come to this location often to meet up with people or work on my laptop. Today, one of the Barista's, Ash, stopped what she was doing, approached the counter where I was ordering and made it a point to say hello and remembered my name. Thank you Ash for making my day - you're 5 star awesome!

Ordered a couple of drinks of which one was a brown sugar latte with one pump less sweet and would you believe you get charged 80 cents for ordering less sweet??? The girl taking my order confirmed that when I asked about it. I also ordered a lemon loaf and waited an additional 10 minutes for them to take it out and put it in a bag. When I asked about it after the first five minutes I was told they only have two working. They made my drinks and served several drive through orders after that but did not take the 15 seconds to get my lemon loaf until I complained a second time. It is easy to understand the very low rating they have at this location.

Super friendly staff of baristas, while they usually seem to be a bit under staffed in the early mornings during the weekend they can always usually be seen working hard to get their large queue off drinks made as they always seem to have a full counter of app orders waiting to be picked up.
I’ve always loved Starbucks coffee … the service at this particular location is awful and down right disgraceful. Something I’m not used to at all for Starbucks quality.

Hello, I went through the drive thru today and I was having a amazing happily day waiting for my order in the line and this girl with orange hair who was skinny with patches on her face, i didn’t get her name I didn’t receive a receipt. She gave me rude looks on her face and aggressively gave me my order of drinks at the window. She had a tone with no reason what so ever, i did not feel welcomed I felt very rushed and disliked at that moment. This is the worst Starbucks service i’ve ever been to through all my 40 years I will never recommend going here again.

Hello I walked in today with my daughter and was welcomed with the most nastiest attitude from the girl working register today, I couldn’t get her name as one of her clothings were covering it she was very rude to my daughter and I and came off very snappy and nasty. She had orange hair and pimple patches on her face.
