So Starbucks is what it is. They try for a warm atmosphere it's fine it's whatever. Problem i have here is I've used them a handful of times and they are crazy slow. I'm not taking inconvenience slow in taking ordering 2 mochas 10 min from the store get there use the restroom and then talk to the employees and I'm 6 drinks behind. Last time i came i waited 25 min for the same 2 drinks. 25 min for a day did meal is incredible that kind for some mochas... I am going to file a complaint with corporate the next time. Sorry but that's beyond a waste of my time. Update over 20 orders later they still can't get a drink made with any kind of haste. Waiting 15 min this last time for a coffee. It's unreal

This is the most unfriendly Starbucks I've ever been to. And why does it take 15 minutes to grind 2 bags of coffee?!

Long story short, girlfriend and I ordered 2 coffees before leaving for work. Order placed a bit before 6am and the mobile app said order will be ready by 6:11. It's a 20 minute drive for me to the store. I didn't get out until 6:27. For 2 coffees. In no world should it take a half hour or more for 2 drinks. I understand it if it's busy, but there was one car in drive thru and one in store when I arrived. Also their app always claims to be out of stock on everything but ironically if you call and ask, they magically become available in the app. If you value your time don't go here. Staff is friendly, just don't seem to manage time well. I've had entire pizza orders placed and ready in less time than this took.

Placed my mobile order at 6am this morning for 2 coffees and a banana bread and the app said estimated pick up time was 6:11 when I went into the store at 6:15 they only had my banana bread ready but no coffees. I understand I have a a lot that I order in my one coffee but I did not leave that store until almost 6:30 this morning. When I pulled up there was only 1 person in the drive thru and 1 person sitting inside it should not have taken almost half an hour to make 2 coffees and heat up a slice of bread. I am very disappointed with this Starbucks as I go to it regularly and have never had this problem. It made me late for work this morning and that's not okay.

I live down the road and this starbucks is the only starbucks that is ALWAYS out of items. Then they will claim its a national shortage yet you can drive 20 minutes to any other starbucks and not have the same issue. On top of that the ONLY redeeming quality is the normal staff because the management is beyond unhelpful. The starbucks ran from the inside of a grocery store less than 2 foot ball fields away is more on top of things than this one. I love starbucks but hopefully this review saves people trouble of finding out for themselves that this starbucks is not holding the franchise standards.

It’s ridiculous that you can’t just cancel an order considering I have never had to cancel before. I’ve ordered so much since this place opened. I also do not like to be called hun. Be professional.

Somebody needs to hear this.. A tip is not required!!! The tip is for the quality of service provided! Why should I tip you on top of the high prices, for food that's poorly prepared or horrible service? I'm assuming, because I left no tip the above things happened. Unacceptable!! But, this is a lesson for myself, DONT PATRONIZE with my hard earned money!

Nice staff and the chairs are great! Needed to find a comfy spot with good seats for my back. It did get a little busy with others who had the same idea around mid-afternoon but it didnt last long.

This location is ALWAYS out of product. The baked goods, the food, the flavored syrups. You name it they’re out of it. I’m not sure who is in charge of ordering the supplies but they need some serious training and help. Even after checking the app to make sure the items were “available” I get there and try to order only to be told they’re out of the item! For management, if you can’t make your holiday drinks on double/triple stars day, you’ve done your job wrong. Then to say “don’t worry we’ll have more later this week”??? Later this week isn’t double/triple stars day. TODAY is. Are you going to give me the extra stars when you do have the product available??? I need to add that nearly all of the baristas who’ve taken my orders have been very nice and this is a management issue, not an employee issue.
