The nice young lady making my sandwich was being very pleasant and making my sandwich how I wanted she was warming up my chicken for my sandwich I then wanted it toasted all together but before the meat could come out the older lady who I guess was the manager started yelling at her as if she was just standing there and yelled at her to help someone and then when she said she was helping me she yelled at her to start with the veggie which I wanted it toasted before that so she wasn’t able to make the sandwich how I wanted without being yelled at, it wasn’t like that had a long line there was only one other person who hadn’t been helped, need to treat employees better

If I could give negative stars I totally would. The three boys running the evening shift were terrible. They ignored me for 10 minutes, while one mopped the lobby. One watched the other salt a pretzel and the other spent 8 years salting a pretzel. We stood there waiting for any sort of acknowledgment, none to be had. I’m not coming back again after that.

EVERY time I order from this location I get the WORST service. Their WiFi dropped and cancelled my order today, FINE. Unhelpful, snarky employee yet AGAIN (as this isn’t the first time this has happened), treated ME like the issue. Around 6pm, the older lady with a shaved head was inexcusably snide and short. I was 100% willing to re-purchase my order at the store, but given her attitude alone, I changed my mind. If you don’t want to help customers don’t work in the service industry, I will be taking my business elsewhere ?♀️

There were 4 employees behind the counter, the one guy took my order and proceeded to make the sandwich all the way, veggies sauce everything. So now my food is ready, and they just let my wife stand there, hadn't even asked for her order. Just about the time my sandwich was done, 1 employee started making an online order sandwich. So at this point, my wife has had enough and just walked over to me and said never mind I'll get something from somewhere else. The cashier heard her, and said they were sorry, but online orders come 1st, I promptly replied does it take 3 employees to make 1 six inch online order? Sad thing is my wife is a nurse and was wanting to get 2 sandwiches, 1 for now and one for during her shift, the employees lack of customer service cost this store 2 sales last night, but it has now lost all of my purchases going forward, and I used to get food there at least once a week.

My order came with four foot-longs and one kids meal. All of them were missing something. The kids meal didn’t have the juice or applesauce. There were a a bunch of young teenagers that could NOT handle having a rush. There was zero managers in sight. They all looked like they had no idea what they were doing and my almost $50 order wouldn’t have been completely wrong.

—————Ordered 4 foot long subs and a kids meal online. They somehow managed to mess up every sub except the kids sub. But the kids meal was missing EVERYTHING but the sub…. No drink… no side for the kid…. No crazy or hard directions where given and still somehow still didn’t add stuff on every footlong from extra meat, veggies, type of meat. So Spending extra for extra stuff and not getting it was a waist of time. I’d never tell anyone or order ANYTHING ONLINE for this subway ever again!!! Nothing but kids playing behind the counter not giving any attention to what they are doing… waist of time and money!!! ————————

Delivery order. I added and paid for additional cookies that were not delivered. Ordered and paid for a vitamin water that was not delivered. Not the first time order was not correct.
I placed an order for two foot long sandwich and I asked to cut them in three pieces. They were ready but they weren't cutting into three pieces as I requested. Also there weren't napkins either. No ordering in that store anymore. There were no cup lids and straws either with my orders Plus the sandwich weren't toasted. Awful service.

I've been to both Subways in Azle in the last few days and let me tell you I will chose the subway inside Walmart any day over the other one down the street. The manager is an absolute sweetheart and treats her customers beyond right! I will gladly fight the Walmart parking lot traffic just to come here. Most of the staff are pretty sweet too which tells me she probably trained them!

The manager is an absolute sweetheart and treats her customers beyond right! I will gladly fight the Walmart parking lot traffic just to come here. Most of the staff are pretty sweet too which tells me she probably trained them!
