I wouldn’t have been surprised if the girl who made my meal had spit in it. I believe her name was Kayli (blonde shift lead). I walked into the store about an hour before close and I was not greeted in a friendly manner at all. When I walked in she rolled her eyes, slammed a sandwich paper on the counter, and asked what I wanted. I haven’t been to a subway in a long time, so I made a small joke while looking at the selection, to which she turned to her coworker and gave him a look. She proceeded to rush me through everything, slamming everything on the counter. I asked for a little bit more of an ingredient on the sandwich and she grabbed an entire fistful and slammed it onto the sandwich. Easily the messiest meal I’ve received from a Subway. The entire process was just very rushed, unfriendly, and overall not the general attitude I’d like to receive from a service worker. I would have like to eat in the store, but the unfriendliness swayed me otherwise and I had to sit in the car to eat. As someone who has worked food service, I understand wanting to close and go home. Taking an order an hour before close will not hinder your closing process enough to excuse this behavior. Do better. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon and will advise others to beware.

The staff was far from excellent in offering a smile or welcoming feelings, my wife and myself stood at the counter for nearly a full. Minute or more before any of the 3 employees ever said a single word to us, acted as if they had better things to be doing instead of waiting on us. My wife asked about a gluten free menu and was told to do a salad or do without as they don’t offer that, wife chose a salad, asked for cucumbers on her salad and was told by the employee that cucumbers are only for online orders and that walk in customers arnt allowed any. We threatened to walk out and the employees acted like they didn’t care at all. We chose to take our food but regretted it later as my wife got sick from cross contamination of gluten in her salad and my sandwich was mediocre at best. They lost a customer at that location because of it.
Dietary restrictions: No gluten free menus, cross contamination on there salads.

I’ve picked up from this Subway several times since moving to the area with no issues—until today. I grabbed my pickup order, checked my bag in the car, and noticed my chips were missing. No big deal—I headed back inside to grab them.
When I let the girl at the front know and politely asked if I should just grab them myself, she grabbed the receipt off my bag, gave me the nastiest look I’ve gotten in a long time, half-rolled her eyes, and said, “Uh… sure,” like I had personally offended her. It was shockingly rude and completely uncalled for.
Mistakes happen, which is why I came in kindly to fix an error they made and was met with attitude for no reason. Super disappointing—won’t be coming back to this location. If a manager sees this, I came on Monday 3/10 around 3pm, there was 2 employees working up front and she was the only girl, hopefully you can find out her name and let her know how to treat people with respect in the future in order to not lose customers.

I’ve been coming to this subway a while and the crew of this subway is the greatest I have ever seen. They’re always nice, friendly, and attentive and the store is always really clean. Even during a rush they maintain a clean environment and serve customers just as though they were slow. It’s a good thing to see young people with such a good work ethic. It makes me want to come back to this restaurant more often. The manager is doing a fantastic job and his crew is always great to us. Thank you.

I've always had non stop issues with the workers here. Today I ordered doordash through the subway app, the dasher didn't not bring me my order so I called support and they told me to call subway. So I called them told them my situation and they told me I needed to come up there for a refund and they'd also make my order for me again. When I get up there to grab the bag the guy tells me they refunded me but I'd also need to pay for my order again, I explained to him I don't have the money to pay again. I even showed proof where I didn't get my order.
Customer service is so bad. Everyone has an attitude as if they hate working there. I ordered my things ahead of time and got there 15 min after my order was placed and it was not even started on. Did not even apologize about it not being prepared.
