Crunchwrap was not crunchy. Five layer burrito had a soft taco shell in it, along with the big burrito shell all I had on it was a little beef beans grated cheddar cheese and sour cream the only thing I tasted was beans. And the Mexican pizza didn't taste right. We spent $26 and it was not worth it at all

The drive through is a bit tight but okay for a small vehicle. The service was fair but not so cheerful The food was fine except I didn't get napkins and straws for drinks It wasn't really the best day for feeling welcome that evening. It was busy so I understand.

Only because I could not give zero stars. Disrespectful employees. Would not even talk to me. Katherine, girl on line, just looked at me and said, “What do you want?” Not can I help you. Lindsey, young lady next to her (the manager), next to her on the line said they had no control over the app. Could not even tell me if they had the order. No help. Finally, Justin, amazing nice young man, very respectfully helped me get the order started. Orders are not started until you get there. Why? After all that, the order was wrong.

Don’t waste your time at this location, drive the extra fifteen minutes to the Lake Worth Taco Bell. This Azle locations ALWAYS messes something up or forgets something in my order. Today I ordered a beefy five layer sub beef for beans. I was driving back to my house when I took a bite of my burrito. IT WAS ALL BEEF. I’ve been vegetarian for years now this was beyond devastating. I went back through the drive thru and they asked me to park to bring me a replacement. After waiting in line for a hot minute (probably because they messed up that persons order too if I had to guess) I found the inconvenience of parking and bringing my tired infant into their establishment to fix their mistake absolutely ridiculous. The guy at the window said “you ordered 5 layer no meat” and after confirming he left for a while and came back saying “this is the best I could do” and handed my burrito. No apology what so ever. I get people make mistakes but DO BETTER.

Only problem is the guy who made my order doesn’t speak nor can he read English asked for a quesadilla without jalapeño sauce but got the sauce anyways. Asked the guy for a large drink and he just gave me a blank stare then walked off only reason I got my drink is because another employee over heard me
This place is a joke. I never expect much out of fast food and I never leave reviews let alone bad ones. The girl who handed me my food on 1/12/25 at 2:45pm ish was so rude. She acted like it came out of her paycheck to give me sauce packets, didn’t say a single word to me even tho I greeted her and was friendly. Then I open my food and it looks like it’s been thrown around. I get working fast food isn’t fun, I’ve done it, but don’t be rude to the people who are nice. I love Taco Bell but I’m never coming to this location which sucks meaning I need to drive longer but it’s worth it to not experience that again. I could have gotten over the rude service from the girl if my food had at least been good.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever visited in regards to the food. The crunchwrap supreme had about half the amount of fillings it should have and they were unevenly distributed. Tasted like a flour tortilla folded a few times and grilled.
