Received a delivery from Uber Eats. I just don’t understand how you don’t look at the paper on the bag and check the items inside and realize you’re missing an item. How annoying. Train your employees. This is not the first or second time this has happened at this location.

Will probably never eat at this location again was not greeted or anything when I walked in I ended up using the kiosk thing to put my order in which is fine but alot of employees were walking around and one lady walked toward the front counter put both her hands on the INSIDE of her panties and yanked them and proceeded digging on the INSIDE of her pants this was disgusting and should have been done in the restroom the cook that made my food was very nice when she brought it to me but the other lady made me not want to come back here I ate my food in the parking lot and the same lady came outside smoking a cigarette and taking trash out still DIGGING INSIDE OF HER PANTIES and did not wash her hands when she went back in

This was it for me tonight, lady who claims to be supervisor does not wear gloves or hair net, I’ve observed her and she was working both checking out customers that includes taking payments and then going back to prepare food with no gloves or hair net! Not only did she get my order wrong, I asked for beef and I was given steak and not only that there was a long hair deep inside my burrito! I am sick and never going back!

Terrible service. I do Uber eats. A couple of workers looked at me and didnt even acknowledge me. Even when I said, im a uber Eats Driver and here to pick up for (order name). Minutes later a customer came and the lady acknowledged her. Eventually I got the order but what a nasty service! 🤮

This is basically a drive-thru only Taco Bell. Nobody is staffed at the counter, so unless you’re putting in your own order on the computer, you won’t be served. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes around 7pm and not a single person offered to assist. Two or three employees looked at me, but didn’t say anything, one was a manager. I ended up getting in my car and sitting in the drive thru line for another 15 minutes. A 30min wait to pickup food that was already placed via mobile order is a joke. Driving to lake worth and back is quicker than this location.
The Mexican pizza wasn’t cut and it was just thrown into the bag. For a $25 dinner for 2 people, this sucks.
