the morning people are very sweet and it blows me away how truly rude customers are to them for what seems like no reason, I had just paid for my food and the lady behind me was being such a twat to the girl taking her order, constantly interrupting her and snapping at her, I really felt bad for the cashier, my food was very quickly served though and I do love and appreciate the people and atmosphere at taco casa despite all yall deal with

This review isn't just about Taco Casa and how amazing it is, this review is about this location in Azle and how amazing they are. This place deals with high traffic, and I mean HIGH traffic, all the time; in spite of it being a town favorite and slammed constantly these guys handle it and handle it with an amazing attitude and fast service. I am never disappointed in the food quality and I especially appreciate that the tea is always fresh when I come through. It's hard to get in and out on 730 due to the road being constantly backed up from those traffic lights, but it's worth it to get in to this Taco Casa. Great job guys.

Customer service is beyond terrible. Was in drive thru for 20 min waiting to order for over 10 min, decided to pull up to window and the gentleman running taking the orders immediately rambles the persons order who was behind me (guess she got helped in the drive thru), so I kindly interrupt him and tell him no that is not my order and explained to him I had been sitting there for over 10 min with no answer or greeting to help me and he proceeds to tell me to go back to the end of the line and order. Excuse me, then explains that their system went down, and they have has a whole mess of things going on at once so he would not be able to help me. Got to be kidding! This could of been remedied by apologizing for the mistake, take my order and offer to bring it to me so the drive thru could move. Instead I was told to go the end of the line and order, there was nothing he could do to help me, and it was not his fault that I could not hear him through the speaker. You sir did not greet me to even let me know you were there after 10 min. I will not be back and would say if this is how customer service is at this location in Azle, avoid it at all costs. I will not be back and highly recommend you choose else where to dine. No customer should of been treated like that. Its not like its that great anyways!

I’ve seen mixed reviews but Ive eaten here dozens of times and I like it just fine. Our food does get occasionally messed up, but it’s no worse than any other establishment. However, I want to brag on the woman working the front counter. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She was so friendly and helpful! She definitely made the experience for us.
