My daughter and her family went to dinner today 03,12,24. The American manager treated them really bad, she made them wait 40 minutes with empty tables, she yelled at my daughter several times and my granddaughters witnessed everything, they started crying, my daughter was in shock and trembling because I didn't know why I treated them like that, the manager treated everyone who came very kindly except my daughter and her family, in the end she kicked them out of the restaurant for no reason, I am very angry about this incident, how sad that There are people like that in this world, I hope they fire her for being so rude, we will never set foot in that restaurant again because they are racists who don't know how to work and are worthless

If I could give this place zero stars, I would, all because of the manager. She kicked us out after we asked when we could be seated after waiting 30 minutes already. From the start, we did not get a welcoming "hello" like every other family was getting. All we got was a "how many?!" in a nasty voice from the manager. We were told to wait 30 minutes for a larger table, and so we did. After waiting over 40 minutes, I politely asked if we could be seated at one of the other empty tables instead of the largest table there. Immediately the manager came out and raised her voice at me saying. "I told you to wait 30 minutes and you keep asking. I don't have another table for you, and if you ask someone else they're all going to say the same thing!" I was completely shocked because I had only asked once after waiting 40 minutes. I told her that she did not have to be rude because I was asking nicely, and I had only asked once. She proceeded to talk over me and say to wait, or that we could leave. My husband expressed to her that there was no need to be disrespectful if we are only asking a fair question. She ignored him and then began to take another customer's order. Then she turned around and raised her voice once more and said, "yall can leave this establishment." We were in complete disbelief as well as the other customers. Why treat us this way? Just because we were a different color than everyone else coming through the door? This town will always have people who cannot get over race. There, I said it. This manager is racist. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

The Black Forest ham sandwich is the BEST sandwich hands down in our opinion. We found it when we were in Oklahoma visiting friends. So we called yesterday to see if y’all offered it and yes y’all did ❤️ but found out that they were being Discontinued. Why???💔😢😭 Nooooooooooooo please don’t do that 💔 the kids wanted pizza and we wanted THAT sandwich! YUM! We are going to miss it!
Please bring back the Black Forest Ham Sandwich!
