Wingstop changed the fries to frozen 🤮. Nasty texture and look. They lost my family as customers.
Tried a Wingstop chicken sandwich for the first time and got an entirely raw piece of chicken patty inside. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic..!!!
Shorted us at least 10 wings. Email them and the box was full. Tried again and they offered me French fries. It we ordered fries in the order they shorted us. Each basket had like 10 fries. I want my 10 wings back. Dud!
Let me tell y’all something I love this spot everyone there is super welcoming and there food is always fresh it’s my go to spot 10/10

best wings I've ever even gotten the opportunity to indulge even being in the vicinity of these wings felt like a blessing they were so quick and efficient and all seemed happy and excited to prepare and serve my order! nobody does it like this Wingstop. Even just describing my experience here has me reminiscing and has my tummy growling will definitely be here again tomorrow

Ordered boneless garlic parmesean wings, take out. They were ready in a very timely manner, even with multiple orders on the board, and they came out hot and were delicious! Staff was friendly and the store looked clean!

The worst wings I’ve ever had. We ordered several flavors, both bone in and out. All of them were bland and flavorless, overcooked and DRY.

Picked up my to go order and got home and the fries were just plain fries. We love the seasoning they use on the fries normally but this time not even a dusting on the fries we got.

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.
for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.
This is the best Wing Stop I have ever visited. Nicole and her troops do an amazing job. I highly recommend this store over any I've been to previously. Thank y'all for the great service and great food!

Ordered 20 boneless wings and my husband bit into one raw. I called immediately and asked for a manager, and was told by the gentleman working that the manager was super “busy”. As a manager in the food industry, I’m confused as to why you aren’t making yourself available to the customer, especially when it’s about food safety and quality?
The gentleman on the phone resolved my issue and should be given a raise for having to do the managers job for them. Personally I would never ask my staff to speak with a guest with these types of concerns. It’s a managers responsibility.
Disappointed with the food quality, and management.
