Miss having DQ around home and was more than pleased to find a DQ with big truck parking. Had a small wait for order which was no big deal as they were busy. Onion rings and burger and some tea makes for a great lunch! Left with belly full and not wantn anything more so can't complain there for sure. If it's where I can I will be stopping in next time I'm through that area.

Very bad experience..Waited 1 hour for 6 tacos ask for an ETA didn't get one provided then requested a refund and was provided with manager on-call but the phone was turned off insisted for the refund..understand it's new crew but there should also have a manager or assistant manager on-site..

Today is November 2, 2025, approximately 6:13 PM I stopped here on my way home to be able to get something to eat for my sister and myself. There was a young lady by the name of Hazel that was brand new working behind the counter, you had two managers that were there. They were not even helping her. I felt so bad for her because she could not figure out how to be able to place the order in properly. It seemed like the managers were too preoccupied with the drive-through windows. The order was all screwed up. They had to turn around and redo it again and by the time I got my burger back, my french fries were already cold so I have to eat those. They gave me the same burger. All they did was just put cold cheese in it and that was not right. They should’ve redid my whole order, but I will never come back to this location again to be able to eat as long as God gives me breath to be able to breathe Anybody that goes here. Be aware you’re not gonna get good customer service and a food sucks royally

One of the worst places to eat . Horrible service . Kid pays no attention . Cold hamburgers and screaming from kitchen. Absolutely waited 24 minutes for my food and could net even sit for lunch . How is this open

My friend and I went on last night for ice cream. She specifically told the cashier guy that she was Gluten Free and asked that they would clean the mixer before making her blizzard. The kid (Bryson) said he was new and went to get his manager. Manager came out and my friend explained about being Gluten free and the manager was super rude and told my friend that they "couldn't" clean the mixer and that the only thing thay was gluten free was the dilly bar. My friend informed her that she had been there before and didn't have a problem with getting them to clean the machin and having a blizzard. The manager argued with her and told her they were not going to clean the machine. I don't know this managers name but she was super rude and I would have to have to work for her if she acts like that toward customers! If they ONLY clean that mixed once a day that is disgusting! And what about people that have a peanut allergy?! They also have a laminated sign on the door as you walk in stating about the allergens, etc. I will NOT be going back to this location and I will also be sure to tell EVERY ONE about my experience last night! Health and safety inspections need to be done on that place for sure! As much negativity as I have heard about that location, I'm surprised they are even still open! I assume the truck drivers are what's keeping them going!

The only improvement I’d say for this location is it would be awesome if yall had a veterans discount like the ranger Texas location. Definitely a motivating factor for me to push on to ranger va stopping here. If yall decide to start doing it tho please put it below this review and I’ll gladly stop at this location more.
