Worst service I have dealt with in a long time. They had four servers tonight. We basically had to beg to be waited on. We have been here before with no problem like this. They did forget to turn in our order the first time we tried rail head and it happened again tonight. Tonight if this had been our first time I would never step foot in this place again. The young lady that took our order cared less about taking care of us. She was clueless. Very very disappointed

The service here was awful our waitress never came to check up on us. We had empty glasses at the table for 20+ minutes, she was rude when giving us our food, also got the orders mixed up too. At the end we had to get up to get our own togo boxes and had to basically hunt her down to pay the bill, while she was just at the bar talking to the bartenders instead of doing her job.

Our waitress was so incredibly rude, and that's putting it lightly. She gave attitude when someone at our table asked for an extra paper boats for chicken wing bones. Drinks sat empty for 20 minutes, no refills offered since she never came back to the table. Food was good though. At the end of the meal we waited for the check but our waitress was leaned up against the bar talking to other waitresses or friends. When confronted about this, the waitress made the conversation public by raising her voice enough for neighboring tables to hear, claiming they were a family business but she had no issue causing this scene in front of 3 very young children. Very unprofessional and made everyone uncomfortable. We will not be back

Food was good but the wait staff wasn’t good at all. Wait staff are paid to wait on customers and be nice not stay at the bar conversing with the other staff members and customers. Our waitress acted like it was an inconvenience to her if we got up from our seats to ask for anything. Very disappointed. Can’t say any of us will be back.

Came through town to pick up some things and was recommended this place. We came in and during the week it was slow but everyone working was very friendly. We had the hamburger steak and I do gotta say it was delicious and this is the way a hamburger steak is suppose to taste. If your passing through or wanting to have some great food with some great people come on by. It's worth every star.
