I went to this place not knowing it was Williams Chicken too. I ordered a large Strawberry daiquiri and a two piece dark.. lol! As ghetto as it may seem the daiquiri was good and the chicken was alright, wasn’t even greasy. I was concerned at first when I asked was he going to tape the drinking hole on the top of my daiquiri and he said he didn’t have any tape… It was inside of a Williams Chicken cup so I figured I would be alright ??‍♀️lol.. The cashier was really friendly so I would patronize again when I’m in the area

I love they daquiris &’ I was sketchy of going here but honey let me give you some sauce they drinks are BOMB !!!! &’ they always have a good attitude when I go !!!! I’m on my way now lol

This place lost my business because I had a question about pricing and they will not answer the phone! Customer service has gone to the dirt.

I used to like this place but I had a bad experience with the Hispanic woman with the arm tattoo last weekend. I pull up, said hello, and placed my order. She was like didn’t you come earlier, pull closer, let me see your license all with a nasty attitude. And, after all that I had to repeat my order.
1. No, I hadn’t been there earlier and if I had, so what, I thought businesses liked repeat customers.
2. Did she want me to scrape my car on the side of the building? No one has ever had an issue with me driving up to the building before.
3. Out of the hundred times I have been there before, she usually only asks my age, not that I have an issue showing my licenses. It just affirmed she had an attitude Saturday.

I have never had an issue with the white guy that works there, at one point he was like island sunset and strawberry right, what size.
The dark skin guy with the curly hair is also nice. That Hispanic lady needs customer service training.

First time going to this place. Very disappointing. The only thing that was good was the daiquiri. They are rusty on their flavors. They couldn't tell me what flavor the orange was. Order corn a cup, and that was disappointed. See the picture. Disappointing all around.

All food had no taste, no salt used. Mashed potatoes had a weird taste, the okra was not cooked, some still clumped together, batter wet. They had no bread which is suppose to go with your order. Avoid Balch Springs Williams chicken.

Compared to other daiquiris, this location has been one of the best ones. The staff are very friendly and are attentive to your needs. Furthermore, the location is clean and suitable. I would definitely visit this store again in the near future!
