Every time I complete an online order, something is missing. We ordered combos and my husband didn’t receive the drinks and he didn’t ask about the drinks either. I’m over this location. The phone number on the website is no longer a working number. I want my drinks!!!

We ordered 3 Oreo shakes and it took them 30 minutes, even though we were the only ones in line. They just kept telling us to wait while standing around doing nothing. When we honked and asked how much longer it would take, they were super rude and even closed the window on us. Definitely don’t recommend this Burger King, if you don’t like your job, maybe find a different one instead of taking it out on customers.

I ordered the Royal Crispy Chicken and asked for no tomato, no Royal sauce and no tomato and as you can see, they totally ignored me and did whatever they wanted. I tried to call the phone number but it it said the phone number was out of service. Really?!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is “THE WORST” Burger King we have EVER visited! The person in charge ( a heavy-set hispanic female with black hair) is a joke! There was a long line in the drive thru and a line waiting at the register inside. The workers had air pods in their ears and pretending not to hear a word of the questions the customers were asking. Orders were being taken wrong. Orders were prepared wrong. The workers got attitudes when we brought the orders back to be corrected. No one had anything to say about the wrong orders, but all of the workers came to the front of the store, when a retired DISABLED VETERAN got upset. This location needs to close down! Order 55 - 7/31/2025 around 9pm. Disrespectful staff! This store is a terrible representation of Burger King. Burger King deserves SO MUCH MORE THAN THIS!!

I’ve given the location on Elam Rd in Balch Springs multiple chances, but the service is horrible every single night.
Tonight was the final straw — I waited over 15 minutes at the drive-thru intercom, only to be told to “wait a moment,” and then was completely ignored. No one came back. The line was wrapped around the building, and I eventually had to leave without even placing an order.
To top it off, I could clearly hear employees talking trash through the mic — they forgot to mute it. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing.
This isn’t a one-off experience — it’s like this every night. Long waits, zero urgency, and employees that clearly don’t care. If you value your time or expect decent service, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
I used the phone app family bundle of $30 n they didnt give is the fries nor the 2 small cokes 🙄

The cashier stole money from my card.Not once but twice in one transaction.I had to call the police there to get a report. And the cashier was the morning manager. I would never spend another Penny with them!!!!!!!! ! Before you leave, check your receipts and your accounts. Because they will steal......
