Horrible service took like 45 minutes to get my food then my food was cold when I got it . Place is nasty they have a fan blowing air. Instead of my fries I got cheese sticks no ranch no drink this is so ridiculous. Poor management poor crew.

Manager was eceptioaly nice, did a very good job making our sandwich's and bringing it to our table. Steak Sandwich and the chicken sandwich was very good.

Me and my son were just gonna go to grab a bite to eat, cs you already know! ? but we had this rude employee come up to me Smh ??‍♀️, and racially discriminate us , yall will be hearing from my attorney I’m telling yall! ???‍♀️.

Horrible experience, only two workers and the lady couldn’t even take orders and bag food. One taking orders and one cooking then at one point two were cooking and people were waiting in line to order. The wait was ridiculous, 25 mins to get two subs and cajón fries, my food did not come out how I ordered it. I had to show the receipt with the correct order and did not get my receipt back from the cashier! The saddest part was paying almost 3 dollars for a tiny cup of fries that were supposed to be a regular fry! I asked the cashier if that was really a regular fry and she said yes that’s a regular fry. You cannot get a refund or exchange the items. Never have I gotten a tiny cup of fries from Charlie’s that was cold and tasted old! I will NEVER go back to this location. This location is a sad representation to any Charlie’s!

I love eating charleys but today i went to get food and from what i have in the reciept a “ciara”they took my order at 6:03 I ordered a simple buffalo sandwich and cajun fries with cheese wufh shouldnt take that long but whenever i was waititng other 4 customers came in and i see them getting there orders and leaving while i was waiting for a really long time they gave me my order at 6:21 I really don’t think a sandwich and some fries take almost 20 minutes and i was ok with it but when i went to the counter to ask for my order the girl gave me a disgusting face and said “its almost ready” w attitude i really was about to ask her for my money back but i didn’t wanted to give them the trouble to make a refund so i just left but im never going there again it makes me not even want to eat this food y’all for real need to do better ?? and my order was #72

They are always out of bacon and don’t have anything in place to accommodate customers since the manager says they don’t offer refunds. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

The facility was absolutely filthy! We eat at Charley’s ALl the time but have never seen one so nasty. I had to ask for a washcloth to wipe a table to sit down as we don’t eat in our car.

I bought wings and they charged me for the ranch when I spent 80 dollars on the dresser I can't believe the wings don't come with accompaniment

It is a place with bad attention!!An order was placed by call and they did not deliver what was requested... apart from the fact that it was very expensive for meNot sent the drinks!! And when I call to notify and I am explaining, they hang up on me ??
