A customer left the restaurant with the wrong order returned to the young lady that gave her the wrong order but instead of having the food remade for the customer it belonged to she put it in another bag and handed it to her … I would not want food that had left the establishment to be returned and then handed off like nothing happened. So gross apparently she had to open it to know it was the wrong order.

Came in looking forward to a nice lunch with my mans, my mouth was watering thinking about my BRISKET BURRITO, i placed my order, i sat my happy ass down. im eating my chips and queso when i get told my burritos done. Im all excited, open the wrapper, i bit into it, come to find out, IT WASNT WHAT I ORDERED, i was all confused and flustered once i saw that the BLONDE REGISTER GIRL put in the wrong item. Im thinking it was an innocent mistake, easy fix right? WRONG!!! i go to the register trying to fix, what again i thought was an innocent mistake, im waiting, (MIND YOU I WAITED PATIENTLY), i explain the situation to her, and she STARTS GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH ME THAT IM WRONG! like girl what, no. SO IM LIKE, OKAY WTV, im not about to go back and forth with this girl, this b wouldnt give me back my receipt, and goes on to COMPLAIN to her manager that we were causing a commotion, ON TOP OF THAT, her manager had a stank attitude too, crazy, anyways, they remake our order, and guess what, still wrong! crazy dissapointed, i just wanted a brisket burrito.

Walked in wasn’t greeted at all. The lady at the register with long blonde hair just has a horrible attitude acts like and looks like she’s miserable at her job she don’t even smile or say thank you etc. And rolled her eyes when my spouse pronounced something wrong. Once we finally finished dealing with her and her horrible attitude we went to go find a table to sit at all the tables were filthy none were clean which they never are clean. Food was wrong we tried to ask the cashier for help reguarding that she just turned away and didn’t even help just told us to look at the receipt after that we didn’t bother anymore. If I could give the service a 0 star I would and the atmosphere wasn’t welcoming at all… if you don’t enjoy your job why are you there?… anyways I probably won’t be returning to this location Atleast it’s always a unpleasant experience
