At first this place looks like it's one of those hole in the walls with really good food. However, it's so underwhelming that I would have been better off renting a hotel and getting the complimentary breakfast. I asked for Sunny Side up eggs and the kid taking my order had glazed over eyes and asked me what I meant, after explaining it he just stated blankly until I said scrambled were fine. The Scrambled eggs in question....were dry, clumpy, and unseasoned. There was no butter, salt, or syrup available. Complete waste of time and money.

They didn't open there doors until 6:20 am. The Sausage was served cold, they wanted to charge me for asking for two grape jellys and two butters for my biscuits, and the lady seemed to have bad attitude. Love this location but the staff this morning sucks.

Awful experience tried to report them and I was told they don't have information to call. The Manager has the worst attitude ever. That breakfast food is horrible and I will never visit again. Now I see why there are no customers at all. We spent over $20.00 to receive the wrong order and it didn't it wasn't able to digest. Beware don't go to no restaurant when you see they never have customers.

The gentleman at the register tonight gave the best customer service I've ever had at and Grandys Location I've ever been to over the years. It was also one of the cleanest. Will definitely return to this location.

The guy at the window was very friendly and offered great service. The food was delicious. I got a double steak meal with brown gravy and a 4 pc tender meal with Mac and green beans. Both plates were fresh and tasty. The order came out quick and accurate!

Few Grandy's left. Saw this one and had to give it a try... Staff was awesome, food was good, tables nice and clean. place was clean bathroom clean to use. If you have not been to Grandy's give it a try. Chicken fries steak was good. Love their mashed potatoes and white gravy.. I am not so much a brown gravy kinda guy... so i can not tell how the brown gravy taste. But if the white gravys good I am willing to bet the brown gravy is good too.

The person in front of me was there when i was driving in they let sit there and hold up the line while they cooked a sack full of food she should have pulled at to the front to wait on her food it's not fair to people waiting in this has happened to me at another location
