I went around 12pm and ordered 4 tacos and a popcorn chicken box. I ordered spicy popcorn chicken they gave me regular, also didn’t even give me any sauce for the tacos after telling them at the speaker. The workers where to busy playing instead of paying attention to the orders

Carry out service was terrible. An order was 7 to 9 minutes And it took 20 minutes to get out and we went to drive through because nobody came out to give us our order. What somebody else got their order to carry out. Before us. We went to drive through and passed through that employee. The employee was rude gave the order and shut the window and turn his back on us at not even to say I'm sorry for the lateness

Really not sure why the employees at this location never wants to take your order at the drive thru, they are just yelling at you that the location is currently closed sometimes and sometimes no one tells you anything through the speaker, No Hi, no Hello, no please give a second or bye.Today I had to wait 6 minutes again very hungry at the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order and no one took my order, after that I left again very hungry and disappointed.I hope Jack in the box one day finally understands that we are customers not inmates and we pay for our food, "It is not free".

I placed an order on line. When I checked the tracker it said the order had been delivered which it hadn't. I know i put the correct address and apartment number in. When I checked the order there was no apartment number on the order. At the top of the order there was a complete different address listed. Why did this happen?

We usually don't have any trouble but today was ridiculous we didn't have our our complete we ordered 20 tacos and 5 tacos were missing ordered 4 fries 2 of our fries were missing went back and got it opened a taco and it had a hair like really this is ridiculous went and showed them and all they had to say was sorry and give plus 1 taco like really? At this time dinner was ruined they could at least given us a credit

Feb 11, 2024. I went through the drive thru and they told me they were only doing mobile orders. I don’t have the time to waste to download an app and order my food when I’m already at the drive thru, what’s the point of having one if your gonna tell people that you’re only doing mobile orders. This is not how you run a business. Also i don’t know who they hire but every single time i ask for no mustard they put mustard, it’s like if they have no clue what’s going on around them. Bad service and employees are not respectful. 0/10
I drove through the window, ordered my food.they were not busy.the Restaurant was Dirty.food on floor and counters.food was horrible and definitely not fresh.i ordered the juicy bacon Swiss buttery jack, Well it was everything but that.my tacos the shell was not fresh a totally disappointing experience.these are not Jack in the Box standards.
