The service is fast but the restaurant is a bit dirty, in summer it doesn't have air conditioning, you can't eat comfortably because of the heat and sometimes there are flies.

The management at this location is either saving money for the owner or is poorly trained on what a basic order of Nashville tenders are supposed to consist of.Our 3 orders of tenders (chicken finger size)came exactly the same little to no sauce,the sauce that was on there looked as if was applied with a ketchup bottle.Not one pickle in sight. Pretty much regular tenders with a shat of of what is supposed to be the Nashville sauce
When you order here, check your food, 80% of the time, they'll get your order wrong. If you get your order right, the chicken is pink or stale.

Sent one of my guys in yesterday, got chic sandwinch n fries. The sandwinch had so much unedable hard over battered stuff on it he had to pick it off. The fries were half burned tiny pieces not edible.
I'm here right now standing in line it's been over 7 minutes they're walking back and forth no one is acknowledging it's not crowded I'm going to turn around and walk back out the door because they clearly don't want my business. Dont waste your money or time at this location on Elam!

This is one of the worst places for customer services. You can stand at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. They are not short staffed. If the Owner could see how they do not care about the success of this KFC franchise, he or she would replace this staff and manager immediately.

Food was good to an extent but didn’t get it all and had to go back to get the Nashville hot tenders and basically refused to give. It to my fiancé because they did not give us a receipt after breaking a hundred dollar bill. Some of the crew were very nice but do not like the rudeness of the female that was working the drive thru
