We've only gotten the "Aguas" and churros here. Despite the complaints we never had a bad experience.

Food was too cold, also who charges for extra hot sauce. Employees are rude, I do not recommend

They kit you out at 10:15 p.m even tho they close at 11 .
I can't eat my food there and they are rude about it telling you to get up and leave half way eating your food.

The staff was great BUT I order the nachos and I ended up getting ToTopos chips instead of the traditional nacho chips. En coco bongo #3 fruta and nachos are great. Just saying.

she watched me use the machines knowing the machines don’t work and being one of the only customers in the store at the time. When I asked her about the machine she said that inform all the customers that their toy machines don’t work. I asked for the number she said since they don’t own the machine. She says we don’t know who owns them. ??? Attitude while being serviced and again being the only people ordering at the time took over 20 min for ice cream that is literally a 2 min task. At the price there charging it should be better service then this.

I went for some medium nachos and it turns out that they are golden tortillas, all watery, horrible, and in the photo it is the traditional Chapis, not recommended at all. I talk to them and they don't contradict

food was old and stale , i spent 82 dollars for my family and was not worth it at all fruit was old and nachos were nasty hot cheetos with cheese was stale would not go back

The food was Alr but they messed up my order and she gave me the side eye and they where getting mad like it wasn’t my fault yall messed up my order but ok my elote en vaso had to much cheese but yeah.

The food was ok, but I have nothing but bad things to say about the service and the ladies working in this location. They got my order wrong. After I notified them of the error, they did not want to fix their mistake and wanted me to the food as it was. I notified them that this issue needs to be resolved because I ordered correctly. I understand mistakes happen, however I was not responsible. With a very rude and unprofessional manner they remade my order. The lady kept staring at me in a very mean and rude way. I will not be returning to this location. Do better ladies. Sincerely your customer.

I always went for the Russian ones which were very good, now they changed the orange and pineapple pieces for just coconut, the flavor changed a lot, I hope they come back with the original ingredients
