I called and made a order for 6 pizzas she the manager made it clear they were going to be ready in 50 minutes I get there and she says she sold most of my cheese pizzas to people already and that I was going to have to get what she had very unprofessional on top of that I got multiple kids for my sons party that only eat cheese how am I supposed to feed them with the one box very unprofessional and she a manager

Very bad service, they never answer the phone, and you go and they give you a while and it takes longer, they serve you reluctantly and after all they don't give you what you ask for, and they only have one cashier, I should find out more

They always take a long time, they tell you a while and it happens longer than they tell you, today I went and they told me that it takes 10 minutes to get my order after the time and they tell me that it is not ready yet, it took 45 minutes so that they could give me 2 normal pizzas And then, to make matters worse, the pizza was not well cooked and was too thin, they need staff or new machines because it takes time to make them. The other branch on 175 is faster and they serve you very well. They always have lists so when you arrive you leave fast

Second time ordering pizza and the pizza crust is still soggy. They don't give the pizza enough time to cook or they don't increase the oven temp when the workers ram cold pizzas (causing temp dips) during rush hours.
