Came here at 9:35pm. I went to the lobby and couldn't get in after trying g two different sets of doors. I figured the lobby was closed already since the posted hours say they don't close until 1130pm. So, I proceed to the drive through and wait. After a minute or two with no greeting or answer to my many "hellos, I proceeded to the window. No one was there and no one was answering. I belive they just wanted to close early or were on break. Who knows? I don't like to make assumptions, but I have nothing to go off of. No one answered at the order speaker or the window. Another car in front of me didn't order and drove off from the window as well.

I just had my son go to panda to get the family food. My son is 16 years old, so although young, he’s use to going to get food weekly. What he brought back was a big disappointment especially when you’re spending $30+. The chow mein was dry and hard, he said the lady scrapped the bowl collecting the last couple of walnut shrimp which tasted and looked like it had been sitting for hours. The chicken egg rolls and Cheese Rangoons tasted the worse I’ve ever tasted at any Panda. I literally had to spend money elsewhere to feed my family this night and it’s just a big disappointment from what was once my favorite restaurant.

The rice wasn't fresh it was sticky and the chicken had no flavor. Just saying the food not fresh.
Food was good, everything was clean and fresh except the girls serving all seem upset. I asked for a 3rd side and the young lady said I already have my 2 sides and that she had to charge me for a medium side. I said ok that is fine but not once did she smile said sorry and when I waited for my 3rd side to be ready another girl got it for me and again no smile even when I said thank you.

The wait time is horrible And if you order online Expect not to get your entire order Missing 2 plates And got a mix up on one of the orders Not the first time this has happened with this particular establishment. Decided maybe I'd give them the benefit of the doubt Nope , it's a repetitive thing here Anything other than the orange or hot orange chicken is horrible
