I ask for cup with watermelon and Mango everything was fine until I aks with no ice and the lady said it has never ice on it I said I don't want it she ended up saying she can't sell it with no ice which is ridiculous I told her I can take it because in little sick I ended up refusing to pay cup full of ice and little water y I would pay for something is going to make me more sick I refuse to come back

Every time I go to the drive-thru, the girls at the window are either rude or act like they don't listen. On this occasion I asked for a soy sauce and a spicy, mocking woman told me there they are and gave me 6 soy sauce! Employee name

I found 5 pieces of hair in my food that was for to go when I called to complain about it the manager told me the only way to get a refund was to come back physically with the receipt and food what a big inconvenience other places that has happened they process the refund over the phone do not eat here

They didn't have any food on the buffet when I arrived; They were selling “air” I returned within half an hour and when I ordered my food; Broccoli is pure plastic and inedible: you cannot chew it; the teriyaki chicken tasted horrible and I realized it's NOT CHICKEN, it's lab food. Gross! What a garbage food with a super super artificial flavor. To say that the only thing that felt delicious was Coca Cola.

I regret coming to this location. I walked in to have my order to go. There was no one ahead of me. The female, for whatever reason, totally ignored me as she wiped down the counter vent stepping away. Finally another lady came and worked on my choices. At first since she had a headset on, I gave it the benefit of a doubt that she's doing the drive thru. However, when I reached the register, there were a couple of women at the starting point where she proceeded to wait on them. Actually, I cannot critique the food I'm beside myself other than it feels very greasy. What makes it bad that I passed up my usual spots (that cook to order) to go further to this location for this treatment that I've did nothing to deserve. Never again will I set foot here, EVER!

We ordered online and Door dash delivered. When we opened the plate that clearly stated what was inside one entree was missing. My son called and explained. They told him call door dash for refund. WHAT? It is not a door dash issue it's the fault of the employee making that plate. She said come up there and they will give it to us. ?? If I was going to get there why did I use door dash....I had already said from screwed up times before I would never use the Balch Springs Panda again but my son insisted. He now whole heartedly agrees.
