My experience with this location was pretty good. Now I only ordered a single pizza from here on my way through town. It come pretty fast and was in the window I was told it would be. The food was very hot and fresh, got my order correct with no issues. But again, only ordered here one time and my experience was great.

If they get the order wrong, which isn't often, they make it right. The staff is generally friendly.
Placed an order for delivery and I was missing food. I called the store and someone answered right away but just to say "please hold" for 45min and no one answered again.

The food was fine but the service was bad. I selected delivery, waited almost 2 hours then went to pick up my food. The Hut would not refund the delivery charges, the tip I added, and told me I would be discounted through the app, still don't see it. I'm over this location as this not the first time the gave me poor service.
I left no tip on the receipt and yet they wrote in a tip themselves!!!! The girl took money off my card and the manger I spoke to could care less! And the drive thru line slow!!! FIX IT!!!!

It’s one thing to be rude to your employees but it’s another to be rude to customers. I made an order online and the young man who was new, was very nice but whoever the manager was that he asked if they could correct my order was RUDE!! It makes no sense that when people are spending their money to be rude!! So to the night manager on 08/03/2024 fix your attitude or find another job!!! Makes no damn sense, that you was rude to your employee for trying to help me as a customer, because yall backed up and busy on Saturday night. Her service was trash!! Not to mention my order wasn’t ready for pick up as it stated on the app. Still had to wait another 20 mins.
