It's been a while since I went to pizza inn. I didn't think I will go back. I don't know if they have changed recipes but the food tasted different. Yes as a matter of fact, I think I'm fine with pizza inn. They didn't taste any different than Cici pizza. Sorry

Every time I order from this store, Balch Springs, something is wrong. This time it was my Bacon cheese bread. It was Full of so much garlic!! It is not suppose to have garlic. So I wasted money also gave a stinking tip!!

This place is very hit and miss! Sometimes it’s good, and when it’s not….it’s NOT! Seems they are ALWAYS behind on orders and can’t get the rhythm there. Management needs to get after it and make some positive changes. You’re better off going to another location. Corporate needs to step in on this location.

They gave me the wrong pizza and don’t want to refund the order when you can clearly see I didn’t order hamburger on my ticket. Virginia or the store manager Amanda are no help. If you have your product and can see you’re in the wrong why does a person have to wait to see if they’ll be refunded. Will not be back. Ridiculous

My experience with this location was pretty good. Now I only ordered a single pizza from here on my way through town. It come pretty fast and was in the window I was told it would be. The food was very hot and fresh, got my order correct with no issues. But again, only ordered here one time and my experience was great.

If they get the order wrong, which isn't often, they make it right. The staff is generally friendly.
Placed an order for delivery and I was missing food. I called the store and someone answered right away but just to say "please hold" for 45min and no one answered again.
