Always Solid. I bit overpriced. But if one doesn't grocery shop and compare prices. And if one doesn't like cooking. You probably won't notice and may not care if the food is overpriced. The loaded nachos never disappoint. Oh and if you think taco bell is good. You absolutely have no choice but to try Pollo Region.
Food and service is both great. The amount of food for one person is enough for 2 or more.

Food was good except I ordered the buffalo chicken with the sauce on the side but they forgot my sauce. Very clean in dining room area. It took my order about 25 minutes. Not sure why it took so long because there were only 4 customers before me

The food is good but nothing crazy. I feel like it’s your standard chicken place but the baked potato plates are delicious I will say. However, the service was probably the most memorable part for me. Today, I had the sweetest interaction with the young girl at the drive-through. She was completely focused. I didn’t have to repeat myself multiple times which is usually the most frustrating part for me. Anyways this is getting long but I’m new to the area and just wanted to share my experience.
