I guess the employees had a long day, they were moving slow motion and left out part of the order and the eat utensils. I tried to call but unfortunately the number gives a busy tone.

This location is horrible need new management
This location is needs some help. The chicken is burnt and taste like smoke. It took 45 min to get our food. The manager had her kids in the dinning room climbing all over tables. The temperature inside was insane, you could see your breath because it was so cold. Overall it was very disappointing and will not be returning.

I'm big on customer service because you can spend your money anywhere but when an establishment that has appreciation for your business makes you want to keep coming. This Popeye's fails on customer service the front counter person always has her back to the customers never says I'll be right with you, and is not in a hurry to help . The food is generally hot but the staff will ignore a line full of people.

My order is constantly wrong when i go through the Drive Thru. Several times i have gone back up there for an exchange. But I am not usung my gas again for that. They algo have these huge pot holes that have been that way for awhile. Ridicules!
