Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Extremely slow- I waited for my food for nearly 40 minutes. I placed a pick up order and people who ordered in the store got their food before I did. They barely started putting my order when I was asked what my name was for the second time so thank you to the guy with the black curly hair for being the only helpful worker there. I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and I got regular instead. Very disappointed since I love Popeyes :(

Very poor service, the establishment is consistently unclean. even during times when there are no customers present. The quality of the food is inconsisten ocassionally good. but often disappointing. In addition, mistakes with orders are frequent, as they are either delivered incorrectly or incomplete.

I recently went to popeyes to get the blackened chicken and let me just say..it tasted so good and the service was immaculate the person who took my order I believe her name is Gabriela made sure everything was correct and satisfied.Then the person who gave me my order Kelsey (I made sure to get her name) made sure I had everything I needed and made sure it was good for me then let me go.I was surprised their was so much dedication and hard work.

the customer service was quite excellent was greeted with the most respect and was even given a compliment abt my bbl. wait time was very short and quick and after was told the food was made by love😏caught the employee name.kelsey. and think she should receive her thank yous

Super busy location but Fernando Help me out he looks like a really great guy and hardworker with alot of patience since alot of people were being rude Good job

If I could give them a half a star I would. This is by one of the worst Popeyes in the state of Texas. The 5 star reviews are nothing but lies. I ordered 6 wings only and when I got them 1 they were not hot and 2 they looked like yesterday chicken reheated. So I walked them wings right back in there and they all were standing around as if they knew they gave me bad chicken. People you’re better off learning how to cook chicken on your own and get your money worth at home.
