Terrible location. Staff were rude and openly mocked a patron regarding their allergies. Managers stood by and didn’t address the situation. Will not return and will make sure others know as well.

I was disappointed that the counter person skipped me. It was busy and I waited patiently just to be skipped. I then went to the other counterperson, who looked at me crazy when I asked for a jalapeno. I wasn't aware they didn't sell jalapenos. Then, when we got our food, they had to put it inside to go boxes. We weren't asked if we wanted it for there or to go when everyone else was. There were 5 people so that to me would've more than likely meant eat in but I feel she should've asked. Food was good though.

Parking: We had to park in the parking lot of the shopping center. As their parking lot is small, and they were very busy.

I agree with the reviews that mention tiny services and low quality customer service. Looks like the franchise owner has committed to drastically reduced portion sizes. Probably to get better profit margins at the expense of the customer. This is an $11 chicken nugget happy meal. Terrible value for the itty bitty tenders and fries. Ketchup packet for size comparison.

I like the taste of their chicken tenders and fries.
But its a little too pricey for biting into chicken tenders often with gristle..,,YUCK !

Went through the drive thru they have two speakers so I went to the open outside one and no one answered me. Meanwhile three cars zoomed in and out the other intercom without hesitation. Told them about the issue and all they had to say was they probably didn’t hear the sound on the headset . Why have two lanes open if you’re not going to actively monitor the second lane.

Don't get me wrong! But in spite of loving their chicken I was cheated when buying a box 4 piece combo I was only given 3 pieces instead of 4 I even took a picture of it when getting back home but I did not go back for I was 7 miles away already from there, no big deal but they should be more careful on doing that for we trust them for what it's the only thing they're getting paid for and they failed by being talking to their fellow workers which is so unfair!!!

They need better managers and older cooks. This place is full of kids that do more laughing and talking than cooking .. it took 20 mins to get my food on a slow night its ridiculous

Me and my daughter were grabbing a bite to eat, after she had won her soccer game, but then we were brought to rude and horrible staff, who refused to give us our food, and took over 2 hours! that was completely uncalled her rude and hurtful, you will be hearing from my attorney, Yeah that’s right! My attorney, and I would like to add a photo of the rude employee who took my order, Canes! Consider having A chat with the young man.
