I went to this sonic this morning and sat in the drive through for 20 mins and when I finally got to the window they charged me for someone else’s food and gave me their drink when I told her that’s not what I ordered she took the drink back and sat it on the side then made me another drink then told me pull up and wait another 10 mins when I checked my daughter’s bag she had tots instead of fries that I ordered, I went in the store and she told me I had to wait another 2,5 minutes for fries, so now my daughter is late for school and I asked her will they offer me something for this inconvenience and she said just the fries she’s making, horrible customer service, her name is Stephanie and she seem to not care one bit when I told her I was going to do a review on her service also my kid was late for school because of this

We ordered a Strawberry Malt and a Sonic Blast with Heath bar. We ended up with a strawberry flavored heavy cream substance but DEFINITELY not a strawberry malt. We also ended up with a custom Sonic Blast that had a dash of ice cream and a dash of the Heath bar with the same heavy cream stuff our “malt” came with.
Where did pride in your work go? Are businesses that hard up for a penny that they have to receive the public like this. Oh well, one less place to spend money.

I went to pick up an Uber eats order they only had the drink fixed when I arrived hadn't started the food then they didn't drop fried until burger was ready girl on front counter cleared the order when she bagged the burger so I had to wait on fries when I arrived they had one order on drive thru and guy on front had to go get his card they took 2 orders on drive thru and a few up front I watched as they served 6orders of fries up before girl on front mentioned waiting on fries for the Uber order it took almost 15 minutes to finally get my order. And as I waited I watched the girl on front stand their taking orders while drinking a soda which is against health code standards.She never washed her hands nor did the girl cooking who came up front to help with an issue and to the drive thru to help with an issue on the register. They clear orders so they show quicker service but in doing so I had to wait longer because girl doing fries didn't know they were waiting on fries. Girl on the front seem to have problems when she got a couple of orders disorganized.and touching food items after touching money and putting straw in her mouth. Actually took orders with drink in her hand sipping on it very unsanitary especially with a sink and hand sanitizer right there

Wanted to share what happened at this location. My daughter bought me a drink thur drive thu. Took a couple of drinks threw straw. Decided the ice melted and was pouring down the drain slow not to make a mess. As it was almost empty a heard a sound hit the sink and seen this part .It was large and I was in shock.But also made me feel alittle sick knowing I was drinking with that inside cup. Showed my daughter which blew her mind. At this point she didn't finish her tea and was afraid to look in her cup. Went back to store asked for manager.Of course no manager on duty. The girls knew why I was there. Ask how can you not see this item fall into a cup? Or heard it hit the cup.All they could say sorry. When we noticed you had already left. So come next day.So we did. They need to refund ticket if anything needed to pay me for the trauma. But once again no manager.The lady gave me a refund but just smiled.Never wanted to respond to how could it happen. Now I'm scared get a drink unless I make it.It was the part the coke flows threw.The entire piece as you see in pictures.

I must admit this is my first time rating a Sonic and it was great!! My corn dogs were fresh, I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes. As long as food is fresh!

Food is usually either completely wrong and/or contaminated with smoke flavor, even the slushes.

Always understaffed so it takes ages to be helped on, and what staff are present are so done with their jobs they give off an attitude.

Deserve no stars. I ordered my food on the app 30 minutes before I got there. They refunded me the money didn’t tell me and then I get there to try to order it myself and they tell me they’re closed. The app says they close at nine, but Google says they close at 10 I got there at 8:55 which I know that’s Not nice to me to do, but I ordered the food 30 minutes before all they needed to do was just give me my bag I would’ve been on my way and they could’ve still closed early. Ridiculous kind of want to call corporate and complain.

I NEVER go to this location unless I have time to burn. They are slow AF. The last trip I made was on 4/25/25. I placed an order on the app then headed home. There were 6 cars ahead of me when I got to the menu board. I told them I had an online order. Five minutes later they asked me if I was ready to order 🙄. Another 5 minutes to get to the window and they were STILL confused about my online order. I HATE this location except it's really convenient.

Went thru the drive thru on 5/19 at 9:36pm and the drive thru people said they were closed. They should really update their hours on website. Especially for people who are in town for business meetings.
