Worst service ever. Many employees standing around only one taking orders. Took the lady over 20 mins to make 3 sandwiches. Vegetables looked days old and out of dressing. Oh and by the way, they will ask you what kind of bread you want, only for them to tell you that they only have wheat ??

I will never go to that place again, terrible service from the rude manager. I was served by a young woman or rather a rude brat who put the food in bad taste and I told her manager and she said that she didn't believe it was true when she herself looked at everything I work in customer service and that service that they gave there is not worth it for pure vrg. Those two should be fired for being incompetent and stupid.

This subway had nothing!!!!! Only had white and wheat bread didn’t have chicken didn’t have chicken teriyaki didn’t have tuna didn’t have lettuce tomatoes, out of vitamin water out of lemonade, and when I asked about anything, they just said yeah we don’t have it. The guy the blonde. Yeah he don’t know nothing you could tell he’s new the girl that was there. She was nice but yeah, worst experience even get what I normally get.

I place an order online 6 inch garlic sub and 6 inch meatball sub 2 churros 4 cookies 2 drinks. They even have that bagged up only just two subs for 28.74 the guy name Brandon told I told you we don't have meatballs which I said yeah I replace the meatball with chicken but when I arrive to the store Brandon said I told you over the phone we don't have churros but offer you 5 dollar foot long cookie on to top of 28.74 order plus he kept saying the conversation is recorded over the phone and its an online problem not theirs and the other worker Jackie said the same thing and there was no manager but needless to say they cancel my order but I have to talk to my bank to get my money back. Manager was not duty. Please don't order this subway very unprofessional with a bad attitude

The food was horrible, but the manager was the worst part of it all. That man does not know how to talk to people. I saw someone in front of me getting into an argument with the manager, and the manager was in the wrong. The customer was explaining that his moblie order was incorrect and the manager told him oh well he needs to wait. That was unnecessary, and i felt bad for the customer. The manager did start cursing in spanish and was being mean and horrible towards everyone. Never again will i come back here. I will literally drive an extra 20 mins to get a good sub, i will not be back until that manager is gone. He was just wrong over all. Never seen someone talk down to a person like that.

I’m super upset with this manager at subway today. SUPER RUDE, very petty and has no compassionate with his customers whatsoever. He created a huge scandal today and i do have video footage to release to the media because he needs to be fired ! I had placed an online order for 1:30pm, did not get it on time and also got it WRONG. I order a meatball subway and i got it with no meatball. I went back to get it corrected and the manager told me it wasn’t his fault and rudely had me waiting. Mind you the time is already close to 3pm. I asked him to make my sandwich so i can leave and he started cursing at me in Spanish which mind you I’m Latin so i understood everything and he had the audacity to tell me that oh well i need to wait and he was trying to give me my order wrong again ! He said he will not toast it or put anything in it like i order. He was being disrespectful and of course who wouldn’t start fussing at a person like that. He tried to say he wasn’t cursing but other customers could disagree, like i said i have footage that can back me up. He needs to be fired or at least put in the back where he can’t be rude to people. I don’t know who he thinks he is but he has messed with the wrong person. I do expect a call and i also deserve an apology from that horrible employee. Never have i ever had something like that happen to me ! If he’s not going to care about mobile orders than what’s the point on having it. What a horrible person to have represent a great franchise. If i can give it a no star i would

The manager at this subway needs to be fired. That dude is out of control, made me think he wanted to fight me after his shift. He charged me for a subway I did not order plus he is extremely rude. The lady was trying to help me but he told her to back off and tried to give me the wrong order. Made my day horrible, got my anxiety up and I WILL NEVER COME BACK again !! Letting everyone I know not to come here until that manager with the tattoo on his neck is fired. Sadly this isn't the first time I had a bad experience because of him. Dude I just wanted a sandwich not a telenovela.

I don’t usually write reviews because I believe in people having bad days but every time if it is location, the manager has a rude attitude and just has no customer service skills. The food would order in advance is made all wrong and when you ask for it to be corrected They refused to correct it.

I would definitely NOT recommend this Subway. The manager was absolutely rude! Does not care for the customers at all! I am surprised he still has a job with the poor attitude he has. If he cannot handle the job or even the customers why is he still there?! I do not see myself ever coming back here and I will definitely let my friends and family know about this place! The absolute worst!
