I have to tell you the food was horrible I got a black bean crunchwrap and I think it had been there all day long I couldn't even eat it it wasn't edible so if you are ooking for good food you might want to try somewhere else The service was fine but the food was just horrible

Why is it that every time I get a taco, it’s been sitting for hours, broken into pieces. I am on my lunch break and it’s absolutely disappointing to crave Taco Bell all day and end up with this… You have a Ai Taking orders you would think Taco Bell would have implemented better processes for food quality since they have taken “ taking order off the employees hands”

They had no high chairs for the baby so it was a difficult eating experience as he couldn’t get comfortable to eat. I’ve never been to a fast food place without high chairs, I didn’t know that was a thing.

They don’t let you order in the front unless you’re ordering through the app or use self service so it’s easier to just go through drive-through instead of giving Taco Bell your personal information and they make it harder and harder Denise who was supposed to be taking front was doing drive-through and the person who was supposed to do drive-through was telling me that they cannot take orders at the front even though they have machine which I feel like she refuse to do because they can please don’t hire people in customer service cannot provide customer service for the hours they are getting paid systems are made to make things faster and a human brain made that and on top of that the food that they gave me I feel like has fungus and I asked for nacho fries and the fries they gave me have multiple fungus if anything happens to me I’m a come after them or if I died hopefully these aren’t my last words😭

I use DoorDash and uber so no I can not get up there to get my sauce!!!!! Like what is the deal????? Yall do this all the time!!! It’s only evening/night shift IM SICK OF IT!!

The middle aged Latina manager working at 12 pm Today lacked serious leadership skills and knowledge of what they even serve. Ordered two double stacked tacos the person who took it, which wasn’t her accidentally put classic stacked . I also ordered nacho fries that were not warm. They tasted freezer burnt. I went to return them. The manager told me they did not have double stack on the menu, which I pointed out to her that they did literally on the menu.. she never apologized for the wrong order. I got all the way home and had to turn around just to return it. I would’ve had it remade, but she was giving me bad vibes. Anyway when I showed her it on the menu she just walked away then walked back to ask the card ( completely out of it and rudish ) . She did refund it but her as a manager was sad.
