I'm amazed that taco Tuesdays now it's just 20 cents off tacos and not $1 tacos like it used to be. Still it's Taco casa eats.$11 for a small tea, two regular tacos & a super Taco.

Been coming here for years very clean good food. We purchased the gallon sweet tea along with over $25 of food sat to eat. Then needed ONE cup with ice. The manager said it would be a charge. I ask how much it cost? She said she wouldn't give me any ice! We left and may not be back. There are other locations that I pass coming from work in Las Colinas on my way home. No wonder no one eats inside anymore.

Not happy by the customer service I just received. Went to Taco Casa to get a small order of food. The guy that was at the window was completely RUDE. He didn’t speak.. say my total NOTING. Took my card and swiped it. I asked for 4 sauces, he looks at me like it was a problem. He has a hoodie on with the hood over his head. He gave me my tacos and then closed the window.. when he realized I was still there he opens the window and gives me my sweet tea. I’m thinking I have not said or done anything to this worker. If you are having a bad day/night why take it out on your customers. Once he gives me the tea he shuts the window again in a very aggressive way.
I wait and proceed to get the attention of the lady there. I ask her the guys name.. her response “I don’t know his name, he just started”… this is mind boggling. Even if he was new why not ask his name.
Very DISAPPOINTED in this location.

The young man was accurate, knowledgeable, pretty fast, very respectful, and patient with my several questions. I'd definitely recommend and will definitely be eating here again. We had the Super Burrito, exactly how we like it!!!
