Don’t ever try the ribs Mac n cheese or the mash potatoes trust me if your looking for a good bbq go somewhere else. Spent over 50$ for some below average bbq. You ever been so hungry and craving something your soul is literally drooling and you know what you want so you expect it to be great but also if it’s not great at least DECENT. Well not this place extremely disappointed and the only reason why I stomached it an ate it was because we spent over 50$ and we were hungry.

Texas Best Smoke House is the name of a chain of tourist trap, gas station; but is definitely not the best, not even close. Because it is a "tourist trap" everything there is very overpriced.

I don't see how this got a 3.9 rating. This was a horrible experience. The ribs were like mush. Fall off the bone tender is one thing, but when a rib is so overcooked (boiled) that even parts of the bones are mushy, that's a problem. The sausage was OK, but who can meds up sausage? The brisket was stringy, and not flavourful in the least. The sides weren't even decent. If I felt like wasting more time by driving back there, I would have asked for a refund. Don't waste your time or money going here, unless you like boiled mush.
