This is my 6th time ordering from here and it’s never A time I come we’re It’s easy to communicate they speak little to no English and always get my order wrong for that reason but it’s the closet one to my house

I ordered a mushroom and cheese hamburger and this is what I got cheese, a glob of sauce, chunks of bacon and no mushrooms. When I called the manager was very rude. I told her I was exhausted. I was not going back out and they could replace it tomorrow. I’ll bring the entire sandwich to her she then put the phone down, then hung up on me and refused to take care of it. I do not recommend anybody to go to this Wendy’s. They need to shut it down if they can’t give good customer service.

Closed before the advertised time. It's 8:40 and the door says closes at 9pm. The employees on duty closed the door early.

Manager Elizabeth Is Rude & After Standing There For 7 Mins. While She Gossiped With The Other Ladies… I asked if I could use the restroom she asked depends if I was going to buy something. 🤔 I said I tried for 7 mins but you never got up to take my order. So I told her yes once I used the restroom now since I been waiting forever. She’s kept talking gibberish so another nice lady unlocked the restroom and let me in. Wendy’s… please get you some better management! Won’t Be Coming Back‼️ 👎👎

Now I know I'm done eating fast food,went in made my order, received cold fries and the csr, resold after I touched them bringing the fries out of my bag, I'm fryed omgosh never ever .then get to down the road my sandwich was cold. Bad business, spent freaking 17 dollars the nerve ,Wendy's shut down this was unsanitary in every way
