I only gave ut two stars because they lea e you at the speaker for about 15 minutes which felt like 20 minutes before taking order then they ask pull to 2nd window. Keep in mind this was a Manger only 1 car ahead of me. Also when I got to the window I ask twice what was my oder once by manager and one by cashier. I'm like ok I told them my order they confirmed it why ask again . Oh yeah when I ordered a medium onion ring how bout I only had 5 but ok . 14.00 meal 😂😂😂 wow

I have been to quite a few of Whataburgers but at this one, the young lady was super sweet! Tristyn was so nice and helpful in using my coupon for my son’s free Whataburger jr. I wished all whataburger cashiers had the same friendly customer service attitudes like her!

They either need to retrain or fire at least some of the night crew at this location.
Rudest and shittiest customer service I've ever seen. Drive through employee just shoved my food towards me then shut the window.

Went through drive thru, Asked for receipt none given parked to wait for food , no response to my thanks, parked to eat no receipt, went inside girl at counter said I don't know where your receipt is she gave me some else's receipt told her I want my receipt she gets mad says she wants to go home. Finally receipt, total unorganized crew, no hey how are you can I help you .nothing. I've been a manager, owner operator this would not happen on my watch. Manager to blame, I will drive across town going forward.

I ordered online for pickup and my order was incorrect. It took my husband 4 times to go in and out of the restaurant to let them know that my order was still incorrect and on the 5th time I had to go inside to specifically let them know that my order is still incorrect and to please look at the receipt of what I ordered. The young lady didn't really wanna hear it cause she thought she was correct, but when I pointed at the receipt again saying that 'S - Meat' means an extra single patty...she then looked at me like I was crazy and took my burger to the back and slapped the third patty on it. All this time, I just should've requested for a refund. Plus the food was nasty and not fresh. Overall, this was very uncalled for and ridiculous to have to go in and out of the restaurant that many times just to get my order corrected. And not one time did we receive an apology for their mistakes. Those folks need more training and more customer service training too. What a waste of money and time!

The cashier Sincere S was high on something and I was speaking to him clearly and other of the employees wasn’t wearing hair nets that should be wearing them one had a belt on but was able to tell he was still sagging his pants badly to the point about had taken mine off and asked him if he needed to hold his pants up like seriously do you all even do preemployment drug tests before hiring some of these little kids to work

Every time I come here they are so nice and very fast when I get my food. I've never had any problems. Every time I get my food it's hot and my drinks never taste watered down. Probably one of the top 5 Whataburgers I've been to
