First and last time here. Came through the drive thru to place an order. Tried to do two separate orders and they wouldn't allow a second order!! There were other no other cars in the drive through at all!! Or barely any one in the inside! Update....only ordered 4 large family boxes of fries...I understood there would be a wait..however I get to my destination and the boxes are barley half full!! For $25!!! And one of the boxes had the amount of a regular size fry. ?? I hate I didn't check before I left only because I was pressed for time. This reminded me why I stopped going to Williams years ago. Definitely will stick to that decision!!

Need to get better management. The chicken was under cooked and the fries were cooked in old grease or old themselves and recooked. They have officially lost my business.
Chicken is never ready when you go you have to wait I was told 15 min wait it turned into a 45 minute wait girl is very rude has attitude they are very unprofessional and speak very rudely. It doesn’t even deserve one star it needs to be in the negatives.

I ordered the eight piece meal mix with mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes were super watery gravy was bland. The chicken was fried hard with tough skin. The jalapeño poppers were fried very hard. You couldn’t even taste the cheese or the jalapeños. This location is giving Mr. Williams a bad reputation. I have never tasted chicken cook like this in box springs.

I ordered Dark Dinner ( 2 or 3 Pcs) I chose the option for 2 thighs and 1 drumstick. The food arrived room temp . Chicken crispy but bland . I was given 2 packs of hot ? sauce which was needed and used and 2 packs of ketchup. I prefer bland chicken to greasy chicken any day of the week . The order of fries received was two hands ✋? ✋? = 10 long fries ??.
My family will stop going to this location! Food is never right! And they price gouge! They just make up prices and taxes!! Our community deserves better!

My food had mold and they didnt want to give me a refund! We paid for 25 pieces of chicken and inly got 22. It was okd chicken and moldy as well. The inside is sooooo dirty and there is flies everywhere!!! There is trash and dirt all over the place. I dont think they clean in here! I was sick for 3 days after eating the chicken. I hadnt paid attention to the mold until I looked down. I called and tried to speak to the owner he refused to get on the phone. His name is Balu or something like that Please stay away!
