I ordered Dark Dinner ( 2 or 3 Pcs) I chose the option for 2 thighs and 1 drumstick. The food arrived room temp . Chicken crispy but bland . I was given 2 packs of hot ? sauce which was needed and used and 2 packs of ketchup. I prefer bland chicken to greasy chicken any day of the week . The order of fries received was two hands ✋? ✋? = 10 long fries ??.
The Beautiful. lady working at this location is working very hard by herself and still producing very good food and hot food. And being very nice and polite at the same time William's chicken look into your employees and please give this lady a raise. Or just acknowledge her hard work. She is the definition of customer service.
I ordered chicken tenders, 2 family sides, and a pepper pack after being at the er with my son all day and getting home to late to cook dinner... Normally my chicken is perfect and service is perfect. Not sure if they hired new employees or what because the hispanic gentleman that has taken my order the last 2 years was not there. I called back because my chicken was so overcooked it was barely edible and the pepper pack was not in there. The young lady that answered when I called...
