This was the most horrible experience I've ever had at Williams Chicken. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing time, and the food was just awful and disgusting. The chicken was undercooked, the corn fritters and spicy rice (why lord why) was saturated and oil, the fries was hard and reheated, and the apple pie was not even cooked. All of it was horrible, hopefully I don't get sick from all the old grease. Got me sick to my stomach just looking at it. I called twice to speak with someone and they didn't answer the phone, I will be calling first thing Monday morning to get this resolved. I want my $14 back, Williams Chicken is known for serving hot and fresh chicken l. I'm so disappointed because I was looking forward to that two-piece White fries and a pepper. The only thing that turned out okay was the Fanta strawberry. Y'all need to get it together I guess I'll be driving all the way to oak Cliff because the Williams Chicken in this community ain't hitting on nothing.

I've been there numerous times.... in fact I live right by a Williams Chicken but I choose to drive to the location in Balch Springs off of elam because the chicken is always fresh and hot. The customer service is ? and what I love most about this location is they take pride in running the business and getting the orders correct...most chicken places forget to give you your Pepper's but this location always remember. Good Job

Normally i like going to Williams..because i like their chicken. I placed my order and it was ready in no time. I didnt like being told a few times that there would be an upcharge. You only need to tell me once.

This was an absolute horrendous experience. I don't normally go to this particular Williams Chicken and I wont be returning to this location. I had to wait for almost an hour to get white meat chicken, only four pieces at that, after they had told me that the wait would only be for fifteen minutes. Then to add insult to injury, the order was Still not correct when I finally got it. They did not include my Okra in my initial order, so I had to wait an additional half hour until one of the workers came outside to smoke a cigarette and I inquired about my Okra with her. She did give us extra to try to compensate for the mishap, but by the time I got home eat, the fries were cold and just hard and dry. In short, I won't be retuning to the Balch Springs location. Can't wait for Mesquite to open back up.

Wouldn't give my roommate the food I paid for because he didn't have the app it was ordered from on his phone, despite giving them a confirmation number. This is the only restaurant that has ever done this when I've ordered through that app. It could have just as easily been ordered on a computer and neither of us had the phone app. Or what if I was paying for someone else's food who couldn't afford it themselves? Makes absolutely zero sense.

The lady with the accent was very pleasant to talk with and she ensured my order was correct. She repeated my order to me before I pulled away from the window and everything was still very hot when I arrived home. She provided great service.

Pulled up to the drive through, and a women in a extremely rude manner said they are taking orders at the window. The wait to get three cars out of the way took at least 20 minutes. They have a single lane so we couldn't drive away. We just left when we were finally free. Terrible. I don't even know what the chicken tastes like, because of their horrible service.

This Williams chicken is always on point and the food is always hot and fresh. I like to get the 5.00 box which includes 2 pieces of chicken, fries, roll, pepper, and a drink you can't beat that especially if you are on a budget.
