Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes.
We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes.
She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤
Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

Cold food after waiting almost an hour. Not only that, but I swear I tasted coffee beans after eating the fries... I think they really fried coffee beans!! Some pieces look like burnt corn, but others smell like coffee. This is terrible.

I waited 50 minutes for my order when the app said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. While the workers talk and talk without doing anything, very bad service and they got angry when asking about my order

The food was good .The workers made me wait about 1 hour for my food and I ended up having to go and ask and they had already had my order but they just didn't call my name like.The service was I guess good even though I saw some people talking to each other instead of working.
The time they take is Horrible They always take 45 minutes more than the time says The employees do the little they can But I don't understand why take so many orders if they can't handle them, I don't understand why take so many orders It's really frustrating Just put the time right so you're not waiting here.

Giving a one star because can’t give 0 stars ! Worst customer service. Took almost an hour & they kept being rude about it. Kept saying if I wanted to cancel my order & get a refund. Like girl I just want my food ?? Get these kids better training or get a better management.

They really do be tripping on customer service, but I have not one complaint about the food quality ??♀️. It's always hot and fresh and made just the way it should be. The staff just seems full of kids, so there isn't much to be expected with today's youth. They are never rude, just not cordial or professionally interactive. The food is good, though.

Service is horrible. They need new management. I ordered delivery and 4 of my wings were missing, my fries, atomic sauce and veggies sticks. Manager was adamant that she put them in herself then apologized because she found them in the back. She said I could go up there and get them. I told her If I wanted to go up there I wouldn't have chosen delivery. Then hung up on me!!
