I placed an order for lunch and it took the ENTIRE time for them to prepare a 4 strip meal. How is it that it can take an HOUR to make and deliver this?! I usually love Chick Fil A, but for delivery… this is a total FAIL.

This chick fil a was a little different from the ones I normally go to. I liked their play place. Restrooms needed attention. The condiment caddy was difficult to find. Food was great as always. They didn’t have a sweet attendant walking around to check on guests. I suppose that’s a nicety I’ve come to look forward to, and I missed it.

Disappointing service. Spoke to the manager, was told it was my fault. Most Chick-fil-As are outstanding. I'll never go back to this location.

I ordered 8 grilled nuggets, they only put 5. I asked them to add 3 more. But nuggets are burnt, I had to take off the burnt parts. Didn’t come here to eat cinder. Portions are really small for that price. Also I had hair on my sandwich. They replaced it, but appetite was ruined.

Waiting 35 minutes at the drive thru line while one lane let’s 7 cars pass from only one lane and only 2 from our lane… I understand, they were training new people and have to show them how to take orders but this can be done at a later time or at a less busier time.

NASTYYYYY !!! first off got my order wrong which I was super sad about I went right when they opened so food was expected to be fresh. My parfait looks like it was just sitting there for who Knows how long and stunk like it was old. On top of getting my order wrong the food was in edible .. I literally would’ve gotten sick. This is not my usual chick fil a standards.. I’ll never go to this location again couldn’t even answer the phone for a refund .

This place is the worst out of all the locations in the area. Impossible to get service, everything takes forever, no one cares doing their job all the do is stand around and talk amongst themselves.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had in a chick fil a. The employees are incredibly nice and really take care of us. The manager was doing exceptional work. You really feel like they care about your experience here at chick fil A. It truly is their pleasure.

Jasmine had helped me with my order she was very rude about asking what’s my order also what’s my name for my carry out. She gave an attitude which I didn’t even appreciate not even saying my pleasure that’s terrible on even helping me out.
