This chick fil a was a little different from the ones I normally go to. I liked their play place. Restrooms needed attention. The condiment caddy was difficult to find. Food was great as always. They didn’t have a sweet attendant walking around to check on guests. I suppose that’s a nicety I’ve come to look forward to, and I missed it.
Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had in a chick fil a. The employees are incredibly nice and really take care of us. The manager was doing exceptional work. You really feel like they care about your experience here at chick fil A. It truly is their pleasure.
My wife and I dined at this establishment on Friday may 30,2025 Traveling for Houston. I will never return to this establishment . We were seat at tables 20 and 21. It took 15 minutes to prepare a browie and ice cream cone. I also observed a chick-fil-a employee ask the Spanish customers did they want refills. Not one time did the interact and approach our table. I stood in line 3 times to get refills.It was truly embarrassing and disappointing. My family clearly did not feel...
