Can't go wrong with Whataburger. I get a double cheeseburger. My nephew gets a chicken strips and my friend gets a salad. We are all happy.

Great selection of sandwiches and salads. Excellent services. Prices are higher than before, the Patty Melt combo was around $ 7, now the same one is almost $ 11. It's a big increase, but the taste is the same, yummy, difficult to resist. Friendly and fast service. Order is delivered to your table. Needs to have the fountain are cleaned more frequently. At lunch time always gets busy.

I love this Whataburger located on Fredericksburg Dr and Crossroads Blvd. I already love them but last night they really amazed me. It was 8/8 they were selling Whataburgers for 75 cents. It was truly a mad house inside. And thats not to mention the drive thru. Double drive thru lanes were full, inside I think they were at capacity. I got there at 6:30, put my order in for 4 burgers. I was truly amazed to walk out of there by 7:00. As busy as they were everyone managed to keep at very positive attitude. All of us could stand to be that why. GREAT JOB KEEP IT UP !!!!!

I can’t give zero stars, but just know everything was terrible. I actually stopped going to this one awhile ago for similar issues. I decided it’s been long enough, so maybe I should have grace. I was not wrong going about going to a different, better whataburger. What was most disappointing was the service, the attitude, the food, and no help what so ever. Basically everything. Our order was taken by a manager. I asked for help finding a deal I had just saw when I had first opened the app and she turned her nose up at me. So I bought what I had a deal for, for the full price. I also ordered fries that I asked to be fresh. I got soggy old disgusting fries. I waited there for about 20mins for those fresh fries too, this is inside dining… I got treated terribly as well as my brother did. An off duty employee came in like he owned the place and stood there in front of the counter with someone else he had brought. They were just chatting away as a line developed and I had to reach around them to pay. Management and the employees need a meeting to figure this attitude issue, work ethic issue, and manners or they need to start replacing current employees with new hires that have better attitudes, work ethic, and manners, especially the managers. You can’t steer a ship that the captain abandoned and let sink. Show that you care and your not just there for a paycheck. I know they wouldn’t want to be treated the way they treated us at any restaurant they choose to go to. Fast food or not. They’re the faces of that franchise and they’re not making a good name for it whatsoever.
