Found this little gem while driving through Ballinger, I had the fajitas and they were really good and flavorful. It’s an old restaurant, I even felt the ghost that occupies the establishment, don’t worry he’s a friendly one.

Wut a delicious lil hole in the wall we found here! Omg, the owners R just adorable...hubby cookin, wife, waiting on tables. But do u dare walk down the long ,dark, mysterious, haunted hallway 2 the bathroom alone??? It is said that a murdered cowboys spirit roams this building....I certainly felt the vibe but the food was delish & the stories delightful! So glad GPS took us off the trail...so worth it! By far, some of the best food I've had. Flavor in every bite. Everything is made when it's ordered, not scooped out of a warming tray and thrown on a plate. Highly highly recommend.
Not many places to eat here in small town Ballinger. This is the first time I brought my family here to eat. They weren't disappointed. We will return.

We always love stopping in for the dry sense of humor and sass from the lovely waitress who works there. She makes the trip worth it!

Not your run of the mill restaurant. They care about the tast of their food and take time to make sure you're happy!
Very reasonable price and wait time, nice place and good food

I googled and saw the recommendations. We were traveling through and stopped for lunch we walked in and the place was empty except for the sweet owners and I thought we had made a mistake. Nope. Great Tex-mex and good ice tea. Highly recommend supporting this lovely family.

Don't misunderstand Eva lol. She has a strange sense of humor. Took me awhile to understand. But she is dedicated as is her husband Frank. Great Mexican food in a town where all the other Mexican restaurants are terrible. This one is great!

Not authentic Mexican or even Tex Mex. The locals seem to really enjoy it but given the size of the town they're limited on options. As a Latina, I was not at all impressed.
