everything is good except the store is dirty. floor is sticky, mop water on floor, the mop cart was right in the middle of the walking way)

We stopped in after a 3-hour drive, and I ordered a veggie sandwich asking for the veggies to be toasted. The employee went above and beyond—she offered to grill the veggies on the flat top instead, and absolutely nailed it. She timed everything perfectly: the spinach was lightly wilted, the tomatoes warmed just enough, and the bell peppers softened beautifully. I’ve been to plenty of Subways and never seen this level of care—it’s rare to see someone take so much pride in making a sandwich.
On top of that, our two toddlers were running in circles giggling and playing, and the staff didn’t bat an eye. They were kind, welcoming, and even laughed along. Most places would have been annoyed, but they created a genuinely friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
The sandwich? Absolutely delicious. Easily one of the best Subway experiences we’ve had.

Its a joke!!! I am pretty sure that it's management issues here. Ordered online and went to pick up. And there was no bread!!! The worker there had like 5 online orders in her hand and was freaking out due to no bread. I mean seriously, your business is making sandwiches so I would make sure you had bread to do so. On top of that, no onions, spinach or cucumbers. Wake up subway, work on your management people to make sure you business runs smoothly.
This is my local subway and order food here maybe 2 or 3 times a month and it's getting worse. And knowing people that have worked there, I can say that it's a management issue. Some people are not ment to manage !

The lady who works during the day is awesome! My wrap is perfect. The girl from night shift could take some lessons from her. Cause at night time if you get a sandwich it's half way made and not even cut. Great job lady from day shift?
Ordered on the subway app and was charged the store said we cant help you. Out 10$, thanks boomer
This subway is located inside a 7-11 convenience store and with that being said the service is lackluster at best. While the employees are very gracious and happy to help they still have to do their other jobs in the store so they tend to be overwhelmed. The food is on par for a subway so it's good. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired if you're wanting to sit down and eat on site. There's only 4 tables and they surround the coffee and fountain drinks as well as the Laredo taco company ordering and checkout so it's rather crowded and uncomfortable.

I made a order online for my family, we don't eat out much, but subway sounded good and I had some coupons to lower the price so I used them and paid online. When I got there they didn't have anything on their computers about my order, but my app showed I paid for it and was supposed to pick it up, and yes at that address. One of the ladies was a little rude and disregarded me like I was supposed to just forget my order, but the other lady was so respectful and nice and went out of her way trying to figure out what was going on, literally, I went and sat down with my kids, mind u I'm disabled so it's hard to stand long, anyways I say for 20 min or more waiting, but all the time this one lady was still trying to fig it out. She finally did and told me it was their computers and system had mest up, and my money was refunded. Which id rather have the meal, my kids were hungry and we were tired by then but at least the nice lady was able to fig it out so they could fix it for anyone else trying to order, anyway I wish I got her name but whoever she is, if I ever do go back in there which not sure if I will now, but if I do, I will get her name and let her managers know what a amazing woman she is for taking the time to help fig it out. To the other girl, do better please. If you don't like your job ... Find another, there's plenty that don't deal with customers. The food did look good tho and smelled good, just sucked we didn't get to eat any of it.

Employee was sweeping. I walked up to register and was about to order. When beeping sound came across and an online order I guess came through. Employee stated would have to wait for her to make the 7 or 8 subs that came through before she could make mine and it was corporate policy. Even tho I was in there and ready to order before it came through. Will highly recommend going somewhere else.

First I did an online order I get there cause it says it's ready and I already paid for it. It did the whole process that they were making it it was be prepared and it was ready to be picked up so I show up the lady behind the counter said i do not have any online orders so I showed her where we ordered it and paid for it and she still acts like I'm lying and wasn't wanting to do nothing about it so I asked her so what am I supposed to order and pay again then she decides to call her manager which barely got us our order made and while we were standing there this little 2 year old girl sits in a chair the chair falls apart and this little girl got hurt this little girl happens to be my granddaughter and the manager on the phone just said oh my does she need a Band-Aid if she needs Band-Aid will give her a Band-Aid but sorry we didn't know that Chair was broken when the staff right here in front of me is saying oh yeah we don't know what that chair is doing out there it's been broke for a long time. We were there for an hour and a half trying to get a couple of sandwiches made we already ordered they were rude they didn't hold up to any standards of customer service and this place it's unsafe and very poorly brand this is a disgrace for Subway can't even sit in a chair there without the chair falling apart and gets hurt and they just blow it off like nothing and it's bleeding I tell you what it's a good thing I'm in the top 10% of Google reviewers I hope everyone reads this
